بررسی اثر سبک‌های دل‌بستگی بر اعتیاد به کار و درگیرشدن درکار

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی  اثر سبک‌های دل‌بستگی بر اعتیاد به کار در بین معلمان در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری شامل مجموع معلمان مرد و زن مدارس مختلف شهرستان لاهیجان است. در این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش تعداد 215 معلم از مدارس مختلف لاهیجان به‌عنوان نمونه آماری از بین 443 معلم انتخاب شده است، در راستای تجزیه‌وتحلیل استنباطی داده‌ها و جهت آزمون فرضیات از روش بررسی معادلات ساختاری بر مبنای حداقل مربعات جزئی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار انجام‌شده است. نتایج حاصل از برازش مدل پژوهش نشان داد که دل‌بستگی غیر ایمن بر اعتیاد به کار دارای تاثیر مثبت و معنادار است و بر درگیر شدن  در کار تاثیر معکوس دارد. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که  سبک دل‌بستگی ایمن معلمان بر درگیرشدن در کار تاثیر مستقیم و بر اعتیاد بر کار تاثیر معکوس دارد.

Investigating the effect of attachment style on workaholism and engagement at work

The present study aims to explain the effect of attachment styles on workaholismand engaging in work among teachers at different educational levels. The population included all male and female teachers in different schools of Lahijan. According to the nature of this study, 215 teachers from different schools of Lahijan were selected as the sample amounting to 443 teachers. For the analysis of demographic variables and their measurement, descriptive statistics and SPSS software were used as well as inferential statistics. Data analysis and the hypothesistesting were performed using structural equation modelling based on partial least squares using Smartpls software. The results of fitting the research model showed that unsafe attachment has a positive effect on workaholism and has a reciprocal effect on engagement at work. The results also revealed that the secure attachment style of teachers on engagement in work has a direct effect on workaholism.  Also, the results of the study showed that the secure attachment style of teachers on work engagement has a direct effect on workaholism to work and has a reverse effect on workaholism to work.
