آسیب‌شناسی نقش شرکت‌ها در آیین اربعین؛ کاربست روش دلفی فازی

در سال‌های اخیر با گسترش حضور زائران امام حسین(ع) از ایران در رویداد اربعین، شرکت‌های دولتی و خصوصی نیز در این رویداد بزرگ شیعی ایفای نقش کرده‌اند. این شرکت‌ها با حضور مستقیم در مسیرهای مواصلاتی از طریق ارائه‌ خدمات و توزیع مواد غذایی و... یا با تخصیص بخشی از بودجه‌ مسئولیت اجتماعی خود به هیئت و موکب‌های حاضر در مسیر، در برگزاری پرشکوه‌تر این رویداد موثر بوده‌اند؛ البته این حضور توام با برخی مسائل و چالش‌ها بوده که انتقاداتی را به همراه داشته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش و جایگاه شرکت‌ها در رویداد اربعین (هم در حوزه‌ ارائه‌ خدمات و هم در حوزه‌ تخصیص وجوه) می‌باشد. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی و از طریق مصاحبه با 13 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه، آسیب‌های ناشی از فعالیت شرکت‌ها در رویداد اربعین احصا و رتبه‌بندی شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که از میان آسیب‌ها، سه آسیب عدم وجود عامل هماهنگ‌کننده بین شرکت‌ها به سبب فقدان سند بالادستی و تقسیم کار نهادی، عدم تعریف سازوکار تفکیک وظایف بین شرکت‌ها و ابهام در مکانیسم تخصیص بودجه‌ مسئولیت اجتماعی به هیئت‌ها، نهادهای خیریه و ngoها از اهمیت و تاثیر بیشتری برخوردارند.

in recent years, with the increasing presence of imam hussein (pbuh) pilgrims from iran in the arbaeen event, public and private companies have also played a role in this great shiite event. these companies have been effective in holding this event more magnificently by directly participating in the transportation routes through the provision of services and distribution of food, etc., or by allocating part of their social responsibility budget to the delegations and processions present on the route, of course, this presence has been accompanied by some issues and challenges that have brought criticism. the aim of this study is to investigate the role and position of companies in the arbaeen event (both in the field of service provision and in the field of fund allocation). in this article, using the fuzzy delphi method and through interviews with 13 experts in this field, the damages caused by the activities of companies in the arbaeen event have been counted and ranked. the results indicate that among the damages, three damages are more important and influential: the absence of a coordinating factor between companies due to the lack of a superior document and institutional division of labor, the lack of definition of the mechanism for separating tasks between companies, and the ambiguity in the mechanism for allocating social responsibility budgets to committees, charitable institutions, and ngos.
