مدلسازی مفهومی ویژگی های انسان اقتصادی دانا به عنوان محورسرمایه انسانی کارا در الگوی توسعه اقتصادی دانایی محور از منظر اسلام

الگوی اقتصاد دانایی که از ناحیه دانایی‌محوری فعالیت‌ها، پدیده توسعه‌یافتگی را واکاوی می‌کند؛ یک الگوی توسعه فراگیر است که برای تبیین فرایند وصول به توسعه، توانمندی قابل توجهی دارد. نهاده اصلی الگوی نوظهور اقتصاد دانایی‌محور، دانش و کاربرد آن است. این الگو نیازمند یکسری منابع پایه‌ای است که اکثریت وزن آن را سرمایه انسانی کارا تشکیل می‌دهد؛ محوریت این سرمایه انسانی کارا با انسان آموزش دیده یا انسان دانا است. در شرایطی که مناسبات جهانی در حوزه اقتصاد براساس الگوی اقتصاد دانایی‌محور سامان می‌یابد، گرته‌برداری بی‌قید و شرط از الگوها و تعاریف کشورهای توسعه‌یافته از دانش و انسان دانا، بدون توجه به زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی و فرهنگی و ایدئولوژیک سایر کشور‌ها مشکل‌گشای مسائل اصلی کشورها نخواهد بود، درهمین راستا، در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا به تعریف دانش و استخراج و مدل‌سازی ویژگی‌های انسان دانای اقتصادی به‌عنوان محور سرمایه انسانی کارا در الگوی توسعه اقتصادی دانایی‌محور از منظر اسلام، با استناد به آیات و روایات اسلامی و مقایسه آن با مفهوم انسان دانای اقتصادی از منظر اقتصاد متعارف پرداخته شود. برای دستیابی به این هدف از رویکرد تطبیقی استفاده شده است. نتایج گویای آن است که با تغییر مبانی می‌توان به مدل‌سازی مفهومی ویژگی‌های انسان دانای اقتصادی از منظر اسلام پرداخت که دارای تفاوت‌های بنیادین با مفهوم انسان دانای اقتصادی از منظر اقتصاد متعارف است.

a conceptual modeling of the characteristics of a wise economic man as the efficient man capital axis in the model of wise-oriented economic development from the perspective of islam

the model of wise-economic that analyzes the phenomenon of development from the wise-oriented area of activities; is a comprehensive development model that has a significant ability to explain the process of reaching development. the main input of the emerging model of knowledge-based economy is knowledge and its application. this model requires a series of basic resources, the majority of which is made up of efficient human capital; the centrality of this human capital is working with educated people or knowledgeable people. in the conditions where global relations in the field of economy are organized based on the model of knowledge-based economy, the unconditional removal of the models and definitions of developed countries from knowledge and wise people, without paying attention to the economic, cultural, and ideological infrastructures of other countries, will not solve the main problems of the countries. in this regard, in this research, an attempt has been made to define knowledge and extract and model the characteristics of economic humanists as the axis of efficient human capital in the knowledge-oriented economic development model from the perspective of islam, citing islamic verses and traditions. this research continues to compare the perspective of islam with conventional economics. to achieve this goal, a comparative approach has been used. the results indicate that by changing the foundations, it is possible to model the characteristics of economic anthropologist from the perspective of islam, which has fundamental differences with the concept of economic anthropologist from the perspective of conventional economics.
