دیپلماسی اقتصادی و سیاست خارجی توسعه گرا؛ ابزارهای موفقیت راهبرد توسعه ای ج.ا.ا. در اقتصاد جهانی

Economic development in globalization era is required to interaction to global political economy (gpe). in this line, the nature and function of states has been changed from territorial to virtual or market actors in gpe. the consequences of this change have been the transition of tradition diplomacy to economic diplomacy as a new and effective tool of interaction in gpe accessing to development. the main concern and discourse of i.r.iran is economic development in this period. for iran as a developing country, releasing from raw material exporting strategy to industrial country is unavoidable. this research tries to answer this question that what have been the effects of globalization on economic development and what are the requirements of i.r.iran foreign policy and diplomatic statement? the hypothesis of research in the framework of international political economy is that globalization realizes the interaction to the structures of global capital, trade and technology to the structural requirement. for i.r.iran, accessing to its goals development is required to redefinition of the state function in global economy and transition from traditional diplomacy to economic diplomacy.
