شناسایی و تبیین مولفه های مفهوم ناحیه نوآوری با فرا‌ترکیب پیشینه

تاکنون الگو‌های مختلفی از زیست‌بوم‌ (بوم سازگان) نوآوری شکل گرفته که نواحی نوآوری جدیدترین آن‌ها است. این نواحی به سرعت در مناطق شهری سراسر دنیا ظاهر شده‌ و با ایجاد تحول در نوآوری و اقتصاد منطقه‌ای توجه اندیشمندان را به خود جلب کرده‌اند. در ایران نیز مناطقی با عنوان ناحیه نوآوری در حال ظهور است. با این حال، تعداد پژوهش‌هایی که به ارائه تصویر دقیقی از این مفهوم بپردازد اندک است. پژوهش حاضر با مرور پژوهش‌های انجام شده، به شناسایی و تبیین مولفه‌های مفهوم ناحیه نوآوری می‌پردازد. بدین‌منظور 59 پژوهش علمی به روش فرا‌ترکیب مطالعه شده و مدلی متشکل از چهار مولفه‌ اصلی این مفهوم شامل آثار و پیامد‌ها، نظریات پشتیبان، کارکردها و بازیگران ارائه شده است. در نهایت به دلالت‌هایی برای سیاست‌گذاری نواحی نوآوری در ایران اشاره شده است که توجه به نقش دانشگاه‌ها در ایجاد نهاد مدیریت ناحیه نوآوری، سیاست‌گذاری در حوزه املاک برای جلب همکاری شرکت‌های فعال در این حوزه، شناسایی مناطق مستعد از طریق ارزیابی دارایی‌های شبکه‌ای منطقه، تسهیل استقرار شرکت‌های نوپا در اماکن با کاربری مسکونی، تسهیل ایجاد نواحی نوآوری در اطراف دانشگاه‌ها، و کاهش ریسک ایجاد کسب‌وکار‌های نوپا از طریق ایجاد فضای کار اشتراکی و اقامت‌گاه های موقت از جمله این دلالت‌ها است.

so far, different patterns of innovation ecosystems have been formed, of which “innovation areas” are the most recent. these areas have quickly appeared in urban areas around the world and have attracted the attention of scholars by creating a transformation in innovation and regional economy. in iran, areas called “innovation areas” are emerging. however, the number of studies that have provided a detailed picture of this concept is few. this research identifies and explains the components of the concept of “innovation area” by reviewing the conducted research. thus, 59 scientific pieces of research were studied in the meta-combination method, and a model consisting of four main components of this concept, including works and consequences, supporting theories, functions, and actors, was presented; finally, implications for the policy of “innovation areas” in iran have been pointed out. paying attention to the role of universities in creating an “innovation areas” management body, policy making in the field of real estate to attract the cooperation of active companies in this field, identifying potential areas through the evaluation of regional network assets, facilitating the establishment of start-up companies in places with residential use, facilitating the creation of innovation districts around universities, and reducing the risk of creating start-up businesses through the creation of co-working space and temporary accommodation are among these implications.
