چکیده
|
سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران یکی از حوزه‌های تخصصی است که در سال‌های اخیر با اقبال پژوهشگران این حوزه مواجه شده است. بااین وجود، نگاهی به آثار جدید منتشر شده نشان می‌دهد که اغلب این آثار عمدتاً با رویکردی توصیفی و صرفاً با صورت‌بندی شکلی متفاوتی از آثار منتشر شده سابق و یا ترجمه متون موجود در این حوزه از نویسندگان غالباً ایرانی در خارج از کشور است. بر این اساس، اهمیت و ضرورت ارائه پژوهش‌های جدید به‌ویژه با تمرکز بر سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دولت سیزدهم توسط جمعی از اساتید، نخبگان و کارشناسان این حوزه به منظور درک گفتمان حاکم بر سیاست خارجی و مفاهیم و مقوله‌هایی مانند توازن در سیاست‌خارجی، سیاست همسایگی، راهبرد نگاه به شرق، دیپلماسی علمی و... سبب شد تا تدوین ویژه‌نامه سیاست خارجی دولت سیزدهم در دستور کار قرار گیرد. در این چارچوب از مجموع مقالات ارسال شده برای انتشار در این ویژه‌نامه، 10 مقاله پس از داوری مورد تایید قرار گرفتند که در این نامه، به نکات اصلی آنان اشاره می‌شود.

Abstract
|
the foreign policy of the islamic republic of iran is one of the specialized fields that have been favored by researchers in this field in recent years. nevertheless, a look at the newly published works shows that most of these works are mainly with a descriptive approach and simply with a different format from the previously published works or the translation of existing texts in this field by mostly iranian authors abroad. based on this, the importance and necessity of presenting new research, especially focusing on the foreign policy of the islamic republic of iran in the 13th government, by a group of professors, elites and experts in this field in order to understand the discourse governing foreign policy and concepts and categories such as balance in foreign policy, politics the neighborhood, the strategy of looking to the east, scientific diplomacy, etc. caused the compilation of the foreign policy of the 13th government to be put on the agenda. in this framework, out of all the articles sent for publication in this special issue, 10 articles were approved after judging, and their main points are mentioned in this letter.
