ارائه الگویی برای تحقق فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی (نظریه‌ی داده بنیاد)

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، دستیابی به الگوی تحقق فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی بود. ماهیت زمینه‌ای فرهنگ کیفیت ایجاب می‌کند که برای تحقق و توسعه‌ی آن، ابتدا فرایندها و سازوکارهای خاص آن، شناخته شوند. بنابراین این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوال بوده است که: «فرهنگ کیفیت در آموزش عالی چگونه محقق می‌شود؟». برای این منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی، به شیوه نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها استفاده شده است. مصاحبه‌های عمقی با متخصصین آموزش عالی که در زمینه‌ی فرایند مورد مطالعه، صاحب اثر و تجربه بودند، انجام شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استراس و کوربین و با کاربرد نرم‌افزار maxqda استفاده شد. تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها و همچنین اسناد و مطالعات مرتبط، منجر به شکل‌گیری نظریه شد. الگوی به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، عوامل علی که منجر به تحقق فرهنگ کیفیت می‌شود، سنجش آغازین، نیازسنجی، شفافیت، حاکمیت ارزش و برنامه درسی است و جامعه، جو سازمانی و اهداف سازمانی، به عنوان عامل‌های محیطی بر مطلوبیت ایجاد فرهنگ کیفیت موثر است که چنانچه امور فوق مسیر تحقق را امکان‌پذیر نماید، راهبردهای بهبود مستمر، توانمندسازی، ارتباطات، فضیلت محسوب شدن فرهنگ کیفیت، رفتار شهروند سازمانی، ارتقا پداگوژی و اعتماد را پیش می‌گیرد که در نتیجه‌ی آنها، فرهنگ کیفیت شکل می‌گیرد.

presenting a model for realizing quality culture in higher education (grounded theory)

the purpose of this study was to achieve a pattern of quality culture in higher education. the ground nature of the culture of quality requires that in order to achieve and develop it, first its specific processes and mechanisms be known. therefore, this study sought to answer the question: how is the quality culture achieved in higher education?. for this purpose, qualitative research method, the method of grounded theory was used. in-depth interviews were conducted with higher education professionals who had experience and author in the field of the study process and were selected by theoretical sampling method. strauss and corbin’ content analysis method was used to analyze the data with using maxqda software. analysis of the interviews, as well as related documents and studies, led to the formation of the theory. the model obtained from this study shows that the causal factors that lead to the realization of quality culture are initial assessment, needs assessment, transparency, value governance and curriculum, and society, organizational climate and organizational goals as environmental factors on the desirability of creating culture. quality is effective that if the above things make the path to realization possible, strategies for continuous improvement, empowerment, communication, virtue of quality culture, organizational citizenship behavior, pedagogical promotion and trust, as a result of which, a culture of quality is formed.
