نقش کنگره و وزارت خزانه داری آمریکا در اعمال تحریم ها علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران و تاثیر آن بر صنعت هواپیمایی

با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در ایران و تغییر موضع جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خصوص چگونگی ارتباطش با نظام بین الملل به ویژه غرب و همچنین خروج ایران از هم پیمانی با غرب موجب برانگیخته شدن خشم ایالات متحده آمریکا نسبت به بیرون رفتن ایران از دایره نفوذش گردید که به تبع آن مجموعه ای از فعالیت ها را جهت اعمال فشار علیه ایران در دستور کار خود قرار داد در این میان موضوع تحریم ها در حوزه های مختلف یکی از مهمترین ابزاهای آمریکا در برابر ایران می باشد که بخش اعظمی از این تحریم ها حوزه صنعت هوایی ایران را در بر می گیرد. در همین راستا این مقاله تلاش نموده است تا ضمن بیان و بررسی آثار و تبعات تحریم ها در صنعت هواپیمایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بر کنشگران اصلی موجود در ساختار سیاسی و قانونگذاری ایالات متحده آمریکا یعنی کنگره، وزارت خزانه داری و اداره کنترل سرمایه های خارجی آمریکا توجه نماید. این مقاله تصویری واقع بینانه تر از آنچه که در خصوص نحوه اخذ تصمیم و اعمال تحریم از سوی دولت آمریکا علیه ایران صورت می پذیرد ارائه می کند تا آنکه سیاستگذاران نسبت به واقعیت امر و منشاء سیاستهای تحریمی بخش هوانوردی اشراف دقیق تری یافته تا علاوه بر توجه بر آثار مخرب تحریمی بهترین دستورالعمل های اجرایی را در این خصوص اتخاذ و اعمال نمایند.
