نظم امنیتی منطقه‌ای خاورمیانه در وضعیت پیچیدگی

امروزه با پیچیدگی و آشوبی شدن سیستم بین‌ الملل، مناطق نیز شدیداً تحت تاثیر منطق پیچیدگی قرار گرفته‌ اند. یکی از مناطق مهم که از نظم امنیتی پیچیدگی متاثر گردیده است خاورمیانه می‌ باشد. در این راستا این پرسمان مطرح می‌ باشد که نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه در وضعیت پیچیدگی حاکم بر آن مبتنی بر چه اصول و مبنایی می‌ باشد؟ در پاسخ به این سوال این فرضیه مطرح می‌ شود که غیر خطی، دینامیک و آشوبی بودن از مشخصه‌ های بارز پدیده‌ ها در منطقه خاورمیانه می‌ باشد، بر این اساس نظم امنیتی حاکم بر منطقه خاورمیانه از ویژگی غیر خطی برخوردار می‌ باشد و مبتنی بر منطق نوین و فازی است و بنابراین راهبرد های امنیتی نوین را طلب می‌ کند. این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی سعی به تبیین نظم امنیتی خاورمیانه در وضعیت پیچیدگی دارد. بر این اساس پژوهش با توجه به تئوری پیچیدگی سعی به تبیین پیچیدگی در مناطق دارد و سپس منطقه خاورمیانه به عنوان یک نمونه موردی تبیین می‌شود.

Nowadays, with the complexity and chaos of the international system, regions have also been greatly affected by the logic of complexity. One of the important areas affected by the complex security order is middle east. In this way, the question is what are the bases for the middle east security order in the Conditions of complexity of its dominant?In response to this question, it is suggested that non linearity, dynamics, and chaos are the hallmarks features of the phenomena in the middle east region. Accordingly, the middle east regions security order is nonlinear and based on novel and fuzzy logic and therefore demands new security strategies. This research with descriptiveanalytical approach attempts to explain the Middle East security order in complex situation.
