بررسی تحلیلی سامانه دفاع هوایی s-300pmu-2 در دکترین نظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد بازدارندگی منطقه‌ای

در نظام بین‌الملل، بازدارندگی و مصادیق دفاعی آن، یکی از مهمترین موضوعات امنیت ملی کشورها محسوب می‌شود. بنابراین دولت‌ها برای تحقق ثبات و امنیت خود، مجبور به طراحی و ساخت انواع سامانه‌های دفاعی، موشک‌ها، هواپیماها، ناوهای جنگی و سایر تجهیزات پیشرفته نظامی هستند. این جستار با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، بررسی سایت‌های معتبر علمی مرتبط با سامانه موشکی خانواده s-300pmu-2 به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که سامانه دفاع هواییs-300pmu-2 چه تاثیری بر بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد؟ و پوشش پدافندی ایران را تا چه سطحی می‌تواند تامین کند؟ برای پاسخ این ابهام، محقق اهداف مختلفی در ابعاد تعیین مفهوم بازدارندگی بر پایه سامانه دفاع هوایی، حریم امنیتی، گستره جغرافیایی و شناسایی جنگنده‌های در تیررس سامانه مذکور را دنبال کرده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که سامانه موشکی مذکور در سطح نسبتا بالایی توان پوشش پدافندی کشور در دو سطح داخلی و منطقه‌ای و همچنین توان نبرد با هواپیماهای جنگی و موشک‌های بالستیک نسل چهارم و چهارونیم را به خوبی داراست. نتیجه کلی پژوهش بیانگر حاکی از این است که سیستم پدافندی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با وجود طی فرآیند تکاملی هنوز نیازمند ارتقاء می‌باشد. سامانه دفاع هوایی s-300pmu-2به عنوان یکی از مهمترین حلقه‌های تکامل الگوی دفاع هوایی کنونی است که می‌تواند دفع تهدیدات کشور در سطح منطقه‌ای را تامین نماید و برای ارتقاء سامانه پدافندی کشور به سطح قاره‌ای و جهانی نیازبه بکارگیری تجهیزات جدیدت در آینده همچنان وجود دارد.

Analytical review of S300PMU2 air defense system in the military doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a regional deterrence approach

In the international system, deterrence and its defensive deterrence instances are considered one of the most important issues of national security. Therefore, to achieve stability and security, governments have to design and build a variety of defensive systems, missiles, aircraft, warships, and other advanced military equipment. This paper by descriptiveanalytical method and using library resources, review of reputable scientific sites related to the S300PMU2 family missile system, sought to answer the question that what effect S300PMU2 air defense system has on the defensive deterrence of the Islamic Republic of Iran; and to what extent it provides defensive coverage for Iran. To answer this question, the researcher persuaded various goals in dimensions determining the concept of deterrence based on air defense system, security, geographical scope and identification of fighters within the scope of the system. Findings showed that the missile system has a relatively high level of defense of the country at both domestic and regional levels.It also has the ability to fight fourth generation fighters and ballistic missiles.The general result of the research indicated that the defensive system of the Islamic Republic of Iran despite the evolutionary process still needs to be upgraded.The S300PMU2 air defense system, as one of the most important links in the evolution of the current air defense model of the country,can repel the threats of the country at the regional level and upgrade the country’s defense system to the continental and global levels, there is still need to use new weapons in the future.
