همکاری های بین المللی پژوهش گران ایرانی در انتشار مقالات علمی: مطالعه موردی رشته مهندسی صنایع

همکاری‌های علمی بین‌المللی یک عامل مهم و مولفه‌ای تاثیرگذار در برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری علمی محسوب می‌شود به گونه‌ای که این همکاری معمولاً از طریق انتشار مقالات بین‌الملی مشترک پژوهشگران قابل پیمایش است. در این مقاله، روند حرکتی انتشار مقالات مهندسی صنایع در جهان و ایران و با تاکید بر همکاریهای علمی بین‌المللی بررسی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. مبنای انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تعداد148240مقاله علمی مهندسی صنایع منتشر شده در 55 نشریه بین‌المللی و تحلیل 3424 مقاله منتشر شده توسط محققان ایرانی مربوط به 50 سال اخیر با روش پیمایشی– توصیفی می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که انتشار مقالات مهندسی صنایع در دهه اخیر رشد جهشی داشته به گونه‌ای که بیش از 52 درصد کل انتشار مقالات در این دهه رخ داده است و 48 درصد کل انتشار مقالات مربوط به کشورهای آمریکا، چین و انگلستان می‌باشد که در این میان ایران جایگاه پانزدهم جهان و نخست منطقه را دارد. مشارکت بین‌المللی در انتشار مقالات مهندسی صنایع ایران با دیگر کشورها 26.3 درصد است به گونه‌ای که میانگین استناد به این مقالات بیشتر از انتشار مقالات محققان ایرانی به تنهایی است و ایران بیشترین همکاری را از نظر کمّی با کشورهای؛ آمریکا، کانادا، انگلستان و استرالیا داشته است، شبکه همکاری نشان می‌دهد که قدرت همکاری علمی بین‌المللی؛ کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، استرالیا و آلمان با ایران نسبت به دیگر کشورها قوی‌تر و ازنظر کیفیت همکاری ایران با کشورهای؛ انگلستان، آمریکا، کانادا و مالزی تعداد ارجاعات بالاتری دارند.

The International Collaboration of Iranian Researchers in the Publishing of Scientific Papers: A Case Study of Industrial Engineering

International scientific cooperation in the process of internationalization of universities is considered as an important and influential factor. In this paper, the trend of the movement of scientific production of industrial engineering in the world and Iran, with emphasis on international scientific cooperation, has been analyzed and then its competitiveness has been analyzed. The basis of this research is to study the number of 148240 scientific articles of industrial engineering published in 55 international journals and to analyze 3424 articles produced by Iranian researchers over the past 50 years by surveydescriptive method. Iindustrial engineering products in the last decade have been leaky, with more than 52% of total production occurring in this decade, and 48% of the total production is in the United States, China and the United Kingdom. International participation in the dissemination of scientific production of Iranian industrial engineering with other countries is 26.3%, so that the average citation for these products is higher than that of Iranian researchers alone, and Iran most cooperates quantitatively with countries such as the USA, Canada, England and Australia, also seen in the international scientific cooperation network that the power of international scientific cooperation; the United States, Britain, Australia and Germany with Iran are stronger than other countries and in terms of quality of cooperation International science, Iran’s cooperation with countries; England, America, Canada and Malaysia Have higher bouts. Finally, the location quotient of industrial engineering in Iran, it was determined that the quantitative and qualitative indices have relatively high comparative advantage.
