تحلیل ساختار‌گرایانه منازعه ایرانعربستان سعودی

تحلیل جدال‌های امنیتی ایران عربستان از منظر ساختاری اهتمام این مقاله است. طبق تئوری نو‌واقع‌گرایی قدرت‌هایی چون ایران‌ عربستان همواره با منازعات ساختاری دست به گریبان‌اند. دغدغۀ اصلی این پژوهش چنین نسج یافت: الف) عدم تعادل در ساخت مثلثی قدرت منطقه‌ای (خاورمیانه) با فروپاشی قدرت عراق در سال 2003 از منظر نو‌واقع‌گرایی باعث تشدید جدال میان ایران و عربستان شده ‌است. ب) شکل‌گیری رقابت آمریکا به عنوان قدرت برتر نظام بین‌الملل با ایران به عنوان یک نیروی بزرگ  بر روابط ایران و عربستان به عنوان قدرت درجۀ دوم منطقه‌ای، تاثیری بسزا داشته است. یافته‌ها حاکی است که منازعۀ ایران عربستان از تقارن تعارض‌های توامان نظام بین‌الملل با زمینه‌های تضاد منطقه‌ای ناشی شده است. با توجه به اینکه ایران عربستان به لحاظ هویتی دارای زمینه‌های منازعۀ تاریخی هستند، تنازعات رنگ و بوی فرقه‌ای به خودگرفته است. از این منظر، گسل‌های ساختی نیز در شکل منازعۀ ایدئولوژیکی پدیدار شده زیرا جدال هویتی نه یک علت بلکه نوعی پیامد است که در شکل نبرد فرقه‌ای بازنمایی شده است.

Structural analysis of IranSaudi Arabia Conflict

The analysis of IranSaudi security controversy is a structural aspect of this paper.The powers of Iran and Saudi Arabia, according to a new theory of realism, have always faced the difficulty of insecurity. So, the basic question that make up this paper are as follows: The imbalance in the triangular power balance of the Middle East with the collapse of Iraqi power in 2003howhas led to an intensification of the conflicts as a result of new realism?How does the formation of US competition (as superior power and hegemony of the international system) affect Iran as a major regional power in terms of new realism on IranSaudi relations )as secondrate power(?By default, the analysis of the IranSaudi conflict is due to the conflicts of the international system, which is overlapping with regional contradictions. Given the fact that IranSaudi Arabia has historically a background in conflict of identity, Thus, the conflict with the sectarian form has taken place. From this perspective, structural contradictions have diminished to an ideological conflict. Because the struggle is not a cause, but merely a consequence that has emerged in the form of a sectarianidentity struggle.
