ارائه مدل بهبود یافته دسته‌بندی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در ایران

در چند سال گذشته، توسعۀ اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش و در نتیجه تامین مالی نوآوری و فناوری، به منظور بهبود فضای کسب‌وکار، مورد توجه مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران قرار گرفته است. چالش اصلی که با گذشت زمان و اجرای مدل‌های موجود نمایان شد، این است که معیارهای دانش‌بنیان بودن یا دانش‌بنیان شدن یک شرکت با معیارها و شاخص‌های حمایت از شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان متفاوت است. شرکت‌ها با توجه به ویژگی‌هایی که دارند، نیازمند حمایت‌های خاصی هستند که نوع و سطح این حمایت‌ها در هر حوزۀ فناوری متفاوت است. اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان پارادایمی است که به تاثیر و اهمیت نفوذ دانش و فناوری در پیکرۀ یک اقتصاد می‌پردازد؛ پس در این اقتصاد، دانش و نوآوری، از نظر کمی و کیفی، اهمیت بالایی دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بهبود و دسته‌بندی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان ایرانی است تا از این طریق نوع حمایت‌هایی که از این شرکت‌ها انجام می‌شود هوشمندانه‌تر باشد. مدل طراحی‌شده مبتنی بر 4 متغیر اصلی اندازۀ شرکت (عوامل ساختاری و مالی)، مشخصه‌های نوآوری و فناوری (پیچیدگی فناوری)، نوع شرکت و سطح فعالیت شرکت (نمونه‌سازی یا تولیدی) در هر حوزۀ فناوری (9 حوزۀ توافقی) است. دسته‌بندی پیشنهادی، مبتنی بر تحلیل کیفی نظرات خبرگان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اطلس تی در 4 دسته که پاسخگوی مسائل و مشکلات کشور باشد ارائه شده است.

Provide an improved model for classifying knowledgebased firms in Iran

In the past few years, the development of a knowledgebased economy and, as a result, innovation and technology financing have been at the forefront of attention by managers and policymakers to improve the business environment. The main challenge that emerged with the passage of time and the implementation of existing models is that the knowledgebased criteria of a company are different with the criteria and indicators supporting the knowledgebased Companies, given their characteristics, need special support that types and levels of support vary in each technology field. The knowledgebased economy is a paradigm that influences and penetration of science and technology in the structure of an economy, quantitative and qualitative innovation is importance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to improve and categorize the Iranian knowledgebased companies so that the type of support provided by these companies is smarter. The designed model is based on 5 main variables, company size (structural and financial factors), innovation and technology characteristics (technology complexity), type of company, and level of company activity in any technology field. Proposed categorization based on qualitative analysis of experts’ opinions is presented using the Atlas TI software in four categories that are responsible for the country’s problems.
