سطح زیست‌پذیری برای تن برهنۀ شهری؛ لباس یا کراوات؟! تحلیل سیاست‌گذاری مقابله با آلودگی هوای کلان‌شهرها با تکیه بر شهر تهران

در این گزارش، راهکارهای مدیریت شهری کشور برای حل یا رفع معضل آلودگی هوا، در طول سالیان اخیر، بررسی و سیاست‌های کلی و اقدامات کشورهایی که مانند ایران با این مشکل مواجه بوده‌اند، خلاصه‌وار، مرور شده است. در ادامه، نویسندگان،  با تحلیل اسناد و محتوای نظریۀ کارشناسان، دلایل ناکارآمدی سیاست‌های ایران را ذکر و، برای جهت‌دهی به راهکارها و سیاست‌های بومی، سرنخ‌هایی ارائه کرده‌اند. در این گزارش، تلاش بر این بوده است که، با تحلیل پژوهش‌محور، شکاف‌های مسئله تبیین و ادله‌های سیاستی درجهت اتخاذ رویکردهای مواجهه با معضل آلودگی هوا و دستیابی به پاسخ هوشمندانه تهیه شود.

Survival level for urban naked body; dress or tie?

In this report, with the emphasis on the issue of air pollution, the urban management solutions of the country to solve or solve this problem in recent years are examined. Also, the general policies and actions of other countries that have faced this problem, like Iran, will be briefly reviewed and based on that, an analogy will be made. Then, by analyzing the documents and the content of the experts' theory, after mentioning the reasons for the ineffectiveness of Iran's policies, clues will be available for the elaboration and direction of indigenous policies and strategies to resolve and eliminate the massive pollution of the cities of Iran by tightening the city of Tehran. The report attempts to explain the cleavages and points of disconnection of the problem by analyzing the experts and researchers, and provides policy evidence for designing and implementing approaches to exposure and intelligent response. The three pillars of foresight, continuous evaluation and strict monitoring of missing lobbies of policy making in this area have been identified.
