بررسی کاربردی خصوصیات و نتایج درمانی سلول‌های بنیادی مزانشیمی مغز استخوان

تمایل محققین در پانزده سال گذشته برای مطالعه ی سلول های بنیادی مزانشیمی (mscs) افزایش یافته است. mscs، خود نوزا، هتروژن و چند توان هستند و پتانسیل تمایز به انواع سلول ها با منشا مزودرمی و هم چنین سایر رده های سلولی را دارا هستند. این سلول ها به محل التهاب مهاجرت کرده و تاثیر ایمنومدولاتوری خود را القا می کنند. استفاده از این سلول ها به عنوان ابزار تشخیص ضایعات، قابلیت ترشح برخی فاکتورهای رشد و سایتوکاین ها، بیان برخی ژن ها پس از مهندسی ژنتیک، در کنار استحصال و تزاید نسبتاً آسان این سلول ها بر جذابیت mscs افزوده است. دانشمندان بر این عقیده اند که پیوند mscsدستاوردی جدید برای درمان بیماری هایی است که با روش های درمانی کنونی قابل درمان نیستند. این مشکلات عمدتاً شامل برخی جراحت های استخوان، بیماری های قلبی، پوستی، کبدی و دیابت هستند. اگرچه هنوز درمان قطعی از روش سلول درمانی در مورد هیچ یک از انواع سلول های بنیادی در برخی بیماری ها به روشنی حاصل نشده است، آمار به دست آمده نشان می دهد که تحقیق در زمینه ی mscs با حجم گسترده ای هم چنان در حال جریان و افزایش است. معجزه گر معرفی نمودن سلول درمانی درگذشته موجب ایجاد نگرانی از نتایج واقعی این روش نمود که امروزه با شناخت بیشتر و واقع بینانه به سلول درمانی، حقیقت این سلول ها روشن تر و از طرفی نتایج موثر آن در مورد برخی بافت ها، کارایی واقعی این سلول ها را نسبت به گذشته مشخص تر و میزان توقع از سلول های بنیادی را منطقی تر نموده است.

An Applied Research in Properties and Clinical Application of Bone Marrow of Mesenchymal Stem Cells

In the last 15 years, there has been a significant increase in the number of researchers interested in studying Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). MSCs are selfrenewing, heterogenic, and multipotent cells that have multilineage potential to differentiate not only in to cell types of mesodermal origin but also other various cell lineage MSCs migrate to inflammatory tissues and apply immunosuppressive effects. The usages of these cells as diagnostic tool, secretor of some growth factors and cytokines, gene expresser of engineered cells, and other characteristics such as relatively easy preparation and proliferation, add to the attraction of these cells. Scientists suggest that the transplantation of these cells is a proper alternative for treatment of some incurable illnesses of bone, heart, skin, and liver such as diabetes. However, these kinds of treatment, not clearly associated with the definitive remedial results, are going on in an additive manner. Introducing stem cells with their miracle properties as a predictive precipitance and their curative potential in the recent years, led to many questions, concerns, and expectations regarding this newly proposed therapeutic method. Nowadays, knowing the true extent of the curative effect of these cells, especially in some tissues more clearly reduces concerns and makes expectations more rational like other treatments.
