بررسی رابطه بین تعهد مذهبی با تعهد به رفتارهای بهداشتی با رویکرد سبک زندگی اسلامی

زمینه و هدف: انسان‌های امروزی از نوعی عدم تعهد مذهبی در کنار بحران سلامتی رنج می‌برد. مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور بررسی ارتباط بین تعهد مذهبی با تعهد به رفتارهای بهداشتی باهدف برجسته کردن نقش بحران معنویت در بحران سلامتی انجام پذیرفته است.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی انجام گردید و 310 نفر از جمعیت بالای 18 سال شهرستان فسا، به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه استاندارد تعهد مذهبی ورتینگتون و ابزار محقق ساخته تعهد رفتار بهداشتی برای آن‌ها تکمیل گردید. در پایان کلیه داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss نسخه 22 و stata نسخه 13 تحلیل شدند.نتایج: نتایج آزمون رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نشان داد نسبت شانس خام و تعدیل‌یافته تعهد مذهبی در پیشگویی میزان تعهد بهداشتی به ترتیب 1.53 و 1.68 است. از بین 4 متغیر مستقل، تحصیلات، جنس و شغل پیشگویی‌کننده‌های خوبی برای متغیر تعهد بهداشتی نبودند (0.05>p) و فقط متغیر سن اثرگذار بود (0.05

The Association Between Religious Commitment with the commitment to health behaviors with a focus on Islamic lifestyle

Background Objective: Modern human suffers from a kind of religious nonalignment along with a health crisis. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between religious commitment and commitment to health behaviors with the aim of highlighting the role of spirituality crisis in a health crisis.Materials Methods: This crosssectional study was conducted and 310 people in the city of Fasa over 18 years, were randomly selected and then, Worthington religious commitment questionnaire as well as the selfmade questionnaire for their commitment to health behavior were completed. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation coefficient by SPSS software version 22 and STATA version 13.Results: Multiple linear regression analysis showed that crude and adjusted odds ratio of religious commitment in a prediction of commitment to health were 1.53 and 1.68 respectively. Among four independent variables, education, gender, and occupation were not good predictors for health commitments (P> 0.05) and only age was significant (p<0.05).Conclusion: It seems that in the current situation, the commitment to health behaviors is a consequence of the commitment to religious behavior and other factors. Therefore, the combined role of religious commitment and other factors should not be overlooked in the pathology of health behaviors.
