تاثیر آموزش راهبردی خواندن زبان دوم در کارکرد خواندن زبان آموزان ایرانی و نگرش آنان نسبت به خواندن زبان دوم

این مطالعه به بررسی تاثیر آموزش راهبردهای خواندن خواندن زبان دوم بر روی خواندن درک مطلب و نگرش نسبت به خواندن در زبان دوم میپردازد. به این منظور، 48 نفر از دانشجویان سطح متوسط دانشگاه مازندران در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی حضور یافتند. یک آزمون خواندن و پرسشنامه نگرش نسبت به خواندن به عنوان پیش آزمون توزیع شد. پس از آموزش استراتژی خواندن به گروه تجربی پس آزمون گرفته شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تجزیه و تحلیل تک متغیره کوواریانس استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد گروه تجربی در نگرش نسبت به خواندن بهتر از گروه کنترل عمل کرد. یافته ها نشان داد آموزش استراتژی خواندن در زبان دوم، بر درک مطلب خواندن و نگرش نسبت به خواندن تاثیر گذار است. توصیه می شود معلمان اهمیت استراتژی خواندن را درک کرده، و سهم نگرش مثبت بر روی نتایج خواندن زبان دوم را در نظر بگیرند.

The Impact of RSI in L2 on Iranian EFL Learners’ Reading Performance and Attitude toward Reading in L2

This study investigates the effect of reading strategies instruction (RSI) in L2, on reading comprehension and attitude toward reading in L2. To this purpose, 48 students of preintermediate proficiency level at the University of Mazandaran constituted the control and experimental groups. Then, a reading comprehension test and questionnaire of attitude toward reading in L2 were distributed as pretest. After giving the experimental group the reading strategy instruction the posttests were administered to all participants in the two groups. To analyze the data, test of ANCOVA was run. Analysis of data showed the experimental group outperformed the control group in attitude toward reading. The findings show that RSI in L2, affects both reading comprehension and attitude toward reading in L2. It is recommended that teachers in reading courses consider the importance of reading strategies, and the contribution that more positive attitude has on the outcomes of reading in L2.
