رویکرد بینافرهنگی در آموزش زبان ایتالیایی. مورد تحقیق: دوره کوتاه زبان در ایتالیا

برنامه‌های آموزشی و فرهنگی تبادل دانشجو و دوره‌های کوتاه‌مدت آموزش زبان و فرهنگ خارجی که معمولاً در دانشگاه‌های جامعۀ هدف که زبان آن مورد مطالعه دانشجویان زبان است، فرصت مناسبی برای گسترش مهارت‌های زبانی و اجتماعی فرهنگی برای زبان‌آموزان فراهم می‌آورد. در دهه‌های گذشته، معمولاً در برنامه‌های آموزشی اینگونه دوره‌های زبان در کنار نکات مربوط به‌دستور زبان، با پخش قطعه‌ای از یک فیلم در کلاس زبان، مدرس سعی بر انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی و اجتماعی جامعۀ مقصد به‌زبان‌آموز داشت. حال آنکه چنین رویکردی به‌فرهنگ، در بطن آموزش زبان، چندان موفق نبود چرا که چنین رویکردی قادر به‌خلق ارتباط و پل بینافرهنگی با زبان‌آموز نبود. در این مقاله،  برنامۀ آموزشی که در سال‌های اخیر در یکی از این دوره‌های کوتاه مدت زبان و فرهنگ در یکی از دانشگاه‌های ایتالیایی ارائه شده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با تحلیلی بر داده‌های گرداوری شده طی  مصاحبه با دو زبان‌آموز که دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی در رشته زبان ایتالیایی در دانشگاه تهرانند، سعی بر این شده است تا با عنایت به‌مطالعات بین‌المللی انجام شده در حیطه توانش کنشگری بینافرهنگی و مسئله مهارت فرهنگیاجتماعی زبان ببینیم چقدر این دوره‌های کوتاه مدت، با اتکا بر برنامه‌های آموزشی مناسب و هوشمند، در کسب مهارت‌های فرهنگی زبان به‌دانشجویان کمک می‌کنند.

Intercultural approach in Italian language teaching programs. Case to be examined: short time language courses in Italy.

Abstract: International Student exchange programs and short time language courses are usually offered by foreign universities in all around the word, and they are often seen as useful opportunities for the development of learners’ linguistic and sociocultural skills. In this essay, we focus on the teaching program of one of these short time language courses which is held annually and every summer at one of the Italian universities. Usually in the old language and culture courses subjects such as the history of Italian cinema were taught with the aim of presenting some perspective of Italian culture and society, but problem was in nature of approach adopted towards the culture that had to be transmitted through that multimedia corpus. In current language courses, language teaching adopts an intercultural approach to be able to transmit at least some small cultural mosaics of the target society to language learners. In this essay, the case to be examined is language course at the university of Siena (TuscanyItaly). By analyzing the data collected by interviewing two Iranian students who took part in these courses, and with reference to the long studies done so far on the topic of intercultural skills in language learning process, we tried to verify how useful really these courses have been in helping student to acquire intercultural communication skills.
