ارزیابی توسعه پایدار روستایی با تاکید بر توان محیطی و مشارکت مردمی در تولید گیاهان داروئی (مطالعه موردی استان سمنان شهرستان میامی بخش کالپوش)

توسعه روستایی فرآیندی همه‌جانبه و پایداری است که در چارچوب آن، توانائی‌های اجتماعات روستایی به منظور رفع نیازهای مادی، معنوی و کنترل موثر بر نیروهای شکل‌دهنده نظام سکونت محلی (اکولوژیکی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و نهادی) رشد و تعالی می‌یابد. ایران با دارا بودن بیش از 8400 گونه گیاهی از کشورهای غنی در این زمینه به شماره می‌رود که بالغ بر هزار گونه آن قابلیت دارویی و صنعتی دارد. توسعه و احیاء عرصه‌های طبیعی و برداشت از عرصه‌های زراعی و دیم‌زارهای کم بازده می‌تواند یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع تولیدی برای تولید مواد اولیه، فرآوری و صادرات این منابع حیاتی مهم باشد. که در این تحقیق 357 پرسشنامه از اهالی بخش کالپوش تکمیل و جمع‌آوری شده است. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر موقعیت، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. برای پاسخگویی به سوالات پژوهش و نتیجه گیری از روش‌های آماری و آزمون های متفاوت با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss23 به نحوی که ذکر می شود، استفاده گردید: برای آزمون پایایی سوالات پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، جهت بررسی نرمال بودن داده ها از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنف، از آزمون t-test جهت شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تولیدات گیاهان دارویی و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون جهت آزمون کردن فرضیه‌ها استفاده شده است. بر اساس آزمون t-test تک نمونه‌ای، سطح معنی‌داری به‌دست‌آمده برای همه عوامل کوچک‌تر از 0.05 بوده بنابراین همه این عوامل با میانگین جامعه اختلاف دارند بنابراین می‌توان همه این عوامل را جز عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تولیدات گیاهان دارویی دانست. نتایج تخمین مدل با روش رگرسیون (متغیر وابسته: تولیدات گیاهان دارویی) نشان می دهد که چون سطح معنی داری به‌دست‌آمده برای همه متغیرهای مستقل برابر 0.000بوده و این مقادیر کوچک‌تر از 0.05 می باشند بنابراین همه متغیرهای مستقل بر تولیدات گیاهان دارویی تاثیر دارد. میزان اثرگذاری همه متغیرهای مستقل بر تولیدات گیاهان دارویی برابر 0.97 می‌باشد که همان عدد ضریب تعیین می‌باشد.

Evaluation of Sustainable Rural Development with an emphasis on the potential environment and participation in production of medicinal plants(Case study in Semnan city of Miami, the Kalpoosh)

Rural development is a sustainable process, in which the ability of rural communities to meet the material needs, spiritual and effective control over the forces that shape the local housing system (ecological, social, economic and institutional) the growth and excellence.Iran has more than 8,400 plant species from rich countries in this field goes to number over a thousand species of medicinal and industrial capabilities. Development and restoration of natural areas and harvesting of crops and rainfed areas of low-yielding fields can be an important source of raw material for the production, processing and export of these resources is vitally important. In this study, 357 completed questionnaires were collected from parishioners Kalpoosh. The method of the purpose and terms of the location, a description of the survey. To answer the research questions and Conclusion of statistical methods and different tests using the software so that it is spss23 was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha test, Pearson correlation coefficient for data normalization Haz and logistic regression was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the regression model (dependent variable: the production of medicinal plants) showed that the significant level of 0.000 was obtained for all the independent variables and the values of all variables are so important loss smaller than 0/05 Independent impact on the production of medicinal plants. The effect of all independent variables on the production of medicinal plants, which is 0.97 times the coefficient of determination, is the same number.
