ارزیابی مطلوبیت پیاده راه های شهری براساس مولفه های کیفی: نمونه موردی پیاده راه خیابان امام خمینی اردبیل

رشد فزاینده جمعیت در نقاط شهری پیامدهای ناگوار اجتماعی – اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی برای شهرها به وجود آورده است. بنابران شهرها باید مکانهای بهتری را برای زندگی فراهم کنند. یکی از این مکانها، خلق خیابانهای شهری است. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی خیابان امام خمینی اردبیل با توجه مولفه های کیفی انجام شده است. با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته در مبانی نظری چهار معیار کلیدی شرایط کالبدی، شرایط زیست محیطی، آسایش و راحتی، کاربری و فعالیت استخراج شده است که هر کدام از این معیارها دارای زیر معیار می باشند. در ادامه با توجه به معیارها و زیر معیارهای استخراج شده پرسشنامه ای تنظیم گردید و بین 10 نفر از متخصصین شهرسازی و معماری توزیع گردید و سپس با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار expert choice وزن هریک از معیارها و زیر معیارها محاسبه شد. که معیار فعالیت و کاربری با 0.600 بیشترین وزن و شرایط زیست محیطی با 0.087 کمترین وزن را به خود اختصاص دادند. در ادامه وزن زیر معیارها نیز تعین شد که زیرمعیارهایی مانند تونع کاربران، تنوع عملکردی، مبلمان شهری و محوطه آرایی، سهولت دسترسی، توجه به بناهای شاخص، شرایط اقلیمی و خط آسمان و جداره دارای اهمیت بالایی هستند. گزینه های ارائه شده نیز اولویت بندی شدند که گزینه طراحی خیابان با الویت پیاده (آرامسازی ترافیک و پیاده روهای عریض) بیشترین امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داد و در پایان خیابان امام خمینی اردبیل طراحی شد.

evaluating the desirability of urban sidewalks based on qualitative components: a case study of the pedestrian walkway on imam khomeini street، ardabil

the increasing population growth in urban areas has created adverse socio-economic، environmental and physical consequences for cities. therefore، cities must provide better places for living. one of these places is the creation of urban streets. this research was conducted with the aim of designing imam khomeini street in ardabil with regard to qualitative components. according to the studies conducted in the theoretical foundations، four key criteria of physical conditions، environmental conditions، comfort and convenience، use and activity have been extracted، each of which has sub-criteria. then، according to the extracted criteria and sub-criteria، a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among 10 urban planning and architecture experts، and then the weight of each criterion and sub-criteria was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process and expert choice software. the activity and use criterion with 0.600 had the highest weight and environmental conditions with 0.087 had the lowest weight. the weights of the sub-criteria were also determined، with sub-criteria such as user comfort، functional diversity، urban furniture and landscaping، ease of access، attention to landmark buildings، climatic conditions، and the skyline and walls being of high importance. the options presented were also prioritized، with the option of designing a street with pedestrian priority (traffic calming and wide sidewalks) receiving the highest score and ultimately designing imam khomeini street in ardabil.
