توسعه الگوی ساماندهی مجتمع‌های مسکونی با تاکید بر پایداری و ابعاد کالبدی-محیطی شهر دوگنبدان

دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در شهرها به عنوان یک چالش اساسی مطرح است که مورد توافق تمامی پژوهشگران و محققان شهری قرار دارد. با توجه به رشد سریع شهرنشینی و گسترش افقی شهرها، کمبود زمین و افزایش تقاضا برای مسکن، توجه به ابعاد زیست‌محیطی و کالبدی در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی ضروری است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی شهر دوگنبدان، که به عنوان یک قطب صنعتی و مهاجرپذیر شناخته می‌شود، می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه مدلی جدید برای بهبود کیفیت ساخت مجتمع‌های مسکونی با تاکید بر مولفه‌های توسعه پایدار است. سوال کلیدی پژوهش این است که ابعاد و شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار چه ارتباطی با ارتقاء کیفیت ساخت مجتمع‌های مسکونی دارند. اطلاعات این پژوهش از طریق مطالعات اسنادی، مصاحبه‌ها و پیمایش‌ها جمع‌آوری شده و جامعه آماری شامل اعضای نظام مهندسی شهر دوگنبدان است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و pls نشان می‌دهد که فرضیات تحقیق از روایی و پایایی مطلوب برخوردار بوده و اکثر آن‌ها تایید شده‌اند. این نتایج بر اهمیت توجه به ابعاد محیطی و کالبدی در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی تاکید می‌کند و می‌تواند راهگشای تحقق توسعه پایدار در شهر دوگنبدان باشد.

achieving sustainable development in cities presents a fundamental challenge that is widely acknowledged by urban researchers and scholars. given the rapid growth of urbanization، horizontal expansion of cities، land scarcity، and increasing demand for housing، it is essential to focus on environmental and physical dimensions in the design of housing complexes. this study examines the city of dogonbadan، recognized as an industrial hub and a destination for migrants. the primary objective of this research is to propose a new model for enhancing the quality of housing construction with a focus on sustainable development components. the key research question investigates the relationship between the dimensions and indicators of sustainable development and the improvement of housing quality. data for this study were collected through documentary research، interviews، and surveys، with the statistical population consisting of members of the engineering system in gachsaran county. data analysis using spss and pls software indicates that the research hypotheses possess satisfactory validity and reliability، with most being confirmed. these findings underscore the importance of considering environmental and physical dimensions in housing complex design and may serve as a pathway to achieving sustainable development in dogonbadan city.
