شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی الزامات رضایت‌مندی گردشگران از کارکردها و زیرساخت‌های گردشگری ساحلی (مطالعه موردی: نوار ساحلی شهر بندرعباس)

ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺟﺬابﺗﺮﯾﻦ و ﻣﻔﺮحﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻧﻮاع ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎی اﺧﯿﺮ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. درراﺳﺘﺎی ﺟﻠﺐ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان و ﺳﻔﺮ ﻣﺠﺪد آنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮاﺣﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس، ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺪی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان از اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ آنﻫﺎ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮﺷﮕﺮی در ﺳﻮاﺣﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی در اﯾ ﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ از دﯾ ﺪﮔﺎه ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﺳﻮاﺣﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎش ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، 384 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎری در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﭘﺮﺳﺸﮕﺮی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ از 50 درﺻﺪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان دارای ﺗﺤﺼ ﯿﻼت داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ و ﺑﯿﺶ از 40 درﺻﺪ آنﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪت اﻗﺎﻣﺖ 5 روز و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از آن را ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ داﺷﺘﻪاﻧﺪ، ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺪی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان از اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 2/817، ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ از ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎی اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان در ﻣﺤﺪوده ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎﺗﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد 5ﭼﺎﻟﺶ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪاﻧﺪ 71/78 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾ ﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺘﻐﯿ ﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎی ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﯿﺰان اﻫﻤﯿﺖ آنﻫﺎ ﻋﺒﺎرتاﻧﺪ از: ﺧﺪﻣﺎت زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺘﯽ رﻓﺎﻫﯽ )17/45(، ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ )16/51(، ﻧﻈﺎرﺗﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ )16/16(، اﻣﻨﯿﺘﯽ )12/88( و ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ )8/71(. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺣﺪاث ﻫﺘﻞ و ﻣﺴﺎﻓﺮﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان؛ ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰ ﺳﺎﺣﻞ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﺗﻔﺮﯾﺤﯽ و ورزﺷﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ )ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ واﻟﯿﺒﺎل ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ، ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎل ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ، ﻏﻮاﺻﯽ، ﻗﺎﯾﻖراﻧﯽ، اﺳﮑﯽ روی آب، ﺟﺖ اﺳﮑﯽ و ﻣﻮج ﺳﻮاری( و ﻣﻤﺎﻧﻌﺖ از ﺻﺪور ﻣﺠﻮز ﺳﺎﺧﺖ و ﺳﺎز ﺷﺨﺼ ﯽ در ﺧﻂ ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ 215، 202و 185ﺑﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار، ﺳﻪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﮐﻠﯿﺪی اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﺳﻮی ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺳﺎﺣﻠﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.

identification and prioritization of traveler satisfaction requirements for coastal tourism functions and infrastructures (case study: bandar abbas beach)

coastal tourism is one of the most attractive and entertaining kinds of tourism that has been attracting tourists in recent years. they have many economic benefits for the residents of this city. in order to attract more tourists and travel again to bandar abbasbeach, the present quantitative research, conducted by a descriptive-analytic method, aims to assess the satisfaction of tourists with the facilities and services provided to them andidentify the most important problems in tourism development in bandar abbasbeach, as well as determine the most significant strategies for the tourism development in this area from tourists’perspectives. the research statistical population consisted of all tourists of bandar abbasbeach. using cochran formula, 384 participants were considered as a statistical sample and they were randomly questioned. the research results showed that although more than 50% of tourists held university education, more than 40% of them had a five-day stay in mind, the their degree ofsatisfaction with facilities and services provided for them was 2.817 which is below the moderate level.the research results regarding the most important challenges to the facilities and services offered to tourists in the study area showed that 5 identified basic challenges could explain 71.78% of variance of the research dependent variable. the identified challenges are the following: welfare infrastructure services (17.45), health (16.51), management supervision (16.16), security (12.88), and legal services (8.71). moreover, the results showed that constructing hotels and motels appropriate to tourists’ economic conditions ; equipping the beaches and shorelines with suitable recreational and sports facilities (such as beach volleyball, beach soccer, diving, boating, water skiing, jet skiing and surfing), and“preventing the issuance of personal construction permits on the coastline , with 215, 202 and 185 repetition times respectively, are three key strategies offered by tourists for the development of coastal tourism in bandar abbas.
