مدیریت راهبردی اقتصاد شهری پایدار بر اساس تحلیلpestel (نمونه: محدوده حرم حضرت عبدالعظیم حسنی(ع) شهرری)

اقتصاد شهری مطالعه روابط فضایی بین افراد خانوارها از منظر اقتصادی با تمرکز اقتصاد شهری است که عمدتاً بر ارائه تحلیلی فضایی از فعالیت های اقتصادی در شهرها می پردازد. هدف تحقیق حاضر مدیریت راهبردی اقتصاد شهری پایدار در محدوده حرم حضرت عبدالعظیم حسنی (ع) می باشد. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی با تاکید بر روش تحقیق پیاز پژوهش ساندرز با رویکردی قیاسی-استقرایی و با روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی بین کارشناسان و خبرگان (40 نفر) انجام‌ شده است. به منظور وضعیت اقتصادی محدوده با استفاده از تکنیکpestel، به صورتی که در هر بعد این روش عوامل موثر بر اقتصاد شهری محدوده تحلیل و بررسی شده اند تا یک نمای کلی از عوامل مختلف کلان محدوده موردمطالعه جهت شناسایی و درک پتانسیل و جهت‌گیری برای درک تصویری واضح در مورد فرصت ها و تهدیدها به‌منظور پایدار کردن روش های اقتصادی و کسب درآمد در این محدوده برآورده شود. نتایج نشان می دهد در راس کار بحث مدیریت شهری و قوانین و مقررات سازمانی به‌صورت تعاملی دوگانه میان مردم و دولت‌ها باید صورت گیرد در این صورت می‌توان به مفاهیم توسعه، پایداری و سپس اقتصاد شهری پایدار امیدوار بود؛ بنابراین با رویکردی جامع و سیستمی به بررسی محدوده موردمطالعه پرداخته که شاید بتوان گامی در راستای تحقق اقتصاد شهری پایدار در محدوده‌ برداشت. نتایج نشان داد که محدوده موردمطالعه ما در راهبرد تهاجمی (so) قرار دارد که می توان با مدیریتی منسجم و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب بحث تجاری‌سازی و رسیدن به اقتصاد شهری پایداری را دنبال کرد.

strategic management of sustainable urban economy based on pestel analysis(example: the area of the shrine of hazrat abdul azim hasani (peace be upon him) shahr-e-rey)

urban economics is the study of spatial relationships between households from an economic perspective with a focus on urban economics, which mainly deals with providing a spatial analysis of economic activities in cities. the aim of the current research is the strategic management of sustainable urban economy in the area of hazrat abdul azim hasani shrine. in terms of the purpose of this research, it is applied research with an emphasis on saunders research onion research method with a deductive-inductive approach and snowball sampling method among experts (40 people). for the purpose of the economic situation of the area using the pestel technique, in each dimension of this method, the effective factors of the urban economy of the area have been analyzed .the results show that the discussion of urban management and organizational rules and regulations must be done in a dual interaction between people and governments. in this case, we can hope for the concepts of development, sustainability and then a sustainable urban economy; therefore, with a comprehensive and systematic approach, he investigated the studied area, which may be a step towards the realization of a sustainable urban economy in the area. the obtained results showed that our scope is in the aggressive strategy (so) that can be pursued with optimal management and proper planning to commercialize and achieve a sustainable urban economy.
