کاوش پیشایندها و رهاوردهای خطای انسانی پزشکان در بیمارستان‌های شهرستان رفسنجان

این پژوهش با هدف کاوش پیشایندها و رهاوردهای خطای انسانی پزشکان در بیمارستان‌های شهرستان رفسنجان انجام شده است. ابتدا پیشایندها و رهاوردها با توجه به مطالعات کتابخانه ای مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت و در ادامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان تا رسیدن به اجماع نظری از روش تکنیک دلفی فازی استفاده شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی به شمار می‌آید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل پزشکان بیمارستان‌های شهرستان رفسنجان بودند. با توجه به محدود بودن تعداد صاحب نظران و خبرگان دست اندرکار در این پژوهش مبنای گردآوری اطلاعات، خبرگی و تخصص افراد از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 43 نفر از افراد تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری به عنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بیشترین میزان موافقت خبرگان در رابطه با پیشایندهای خطای انسانی پزشکان، با مولفه‌ اطلاعات غلط در مورد بیمار و نحوه توزیع دارو و کمترین میزان موافقت با مولفه‌‌های عدم رعایت حقوق قانونی بیمار و عدم بکار بستن استانداردهای اخلاقی و اصول حرفه‌ای است.همچنین در رابطه با رهاوردهای خطای انسانی پزشکان، بیشترین میزان موافقت با مولفه های ایجاد استرس‌های روحی- روانی در پزشکان و افزایش شکایت‌ها در بین بیماران و ارباب رجوعان بیمارستان و کمترین میزان موافقت با مولفه‌‌های تدوین برنامه جامع در خصوص اجرایی کردن فعالیت‌‌های مرتبط با ارتقاء سلامت، جمع‌آوری و انتشار بهتر و بیشتر اطلاعات و حاکمیت فرهنگ کار تیمی می‌باشد. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهادهایی ارائه شده است.

exploring the antecedents and outcomes of doctors’ human error in rafsanjan hospitals

this research was conducted with the aim of exploring the antecedents and consequences of human error of doctors in rafsanjan hospitals. first, the antecedents and results were identified according to library studies, and then the fuzzy delphi technique was used with the help of experts’ opinions until a theoretical consensus was reached. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. the statistical population of this research included doctors from rafsanjan hospitals. due to the limited number of experts and hands-on experts in this research, the basis of information gathering, the expertise and expertise of people were selected as sample members from the purposeful sampling method until reaching theoretical saturation. the results of the data analysis showed that the highest level of agreement of the experts in relation to the antecedents of the human error of doctors, with the component of wrong information about the patient and the way of drug distribution, and the lowest level of agreement with the components of not respecting the legal rights of the patient and not using close ethical standards and professional principles. also, in relation to the human error of doctors, the highest level of agreement with the components of causing mental-psychological stress in doctors and the increase of complaints among patients and clients of the hospital and the lowest level of agreement. with the components of developing a comprehensive plan regarding the implementation of activities related to health promotion, collecting and disseminating better and more information
