بررسی مشارکت سیاسی زنان در انقلاب های منطقه الجزایر و ایران

یکی از مشکلاتی که توسعه با آن مواجه است این است که برنامه های توسعه کور جنسیتی است و به مقوله جنسیتی (زنان) توجه نمی شود. به دلیل عدم توجه به ملاحظات جنسیتی در برنامه های توسعه، اجرای این برنامه ها منجر به افزایش نابرابری ها و حتی فقر در میان زنان شده است. بنابراین امروزه فقر به یک مقوله زنان تبدیل شده است. علیرغم اینکه زنان نیمی از جمعیت جهان را تشکیل می دهند، انتظار می رود این قدرت بزرگ با حضور فعال در بسیاری از فعالیت های اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مطابق با مردان، چرخ های جامعه را به حرکت درآورد. با این حال اغلب در طول تاریخ، فرصت ها و فرصت های اجتماعی زنان به گونه ای تقسیم نشده است که بتوانند به راحتی در سناریوهای زندگی مشترک با مردان ظاهر شوند و بدون محدودیت جنسیتی ایفای نقش کنند، لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تظبیقی نقش و مشارکت زنان در ‍‍ انقلاب الجزایر و اسلامی ایران است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که موانع و مشکلات بر سر راه مشارکت سیاسی زنان را می‌توان به دو دسته محدودیت ساختاری و محدودیت‌های غیر ساختاری تقسیم کرد. . در مورد موانع ساختاری می توان به نظام سیاسی، عوامل فرهنگی و دلایل آموزشی اشاره کرد. محدودیت های تحصیلی زنان نیز مهم ترین مانع غیر ساختاری است.
