مشخصات پیام رسان مطلوب بومی از نگاه کاربران ایرانی

امروزه پلتفرم‌ها به‌ عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین نیازهای ارتباطی کاربران به زیست بومی برای توسعه خدمات و کسب ‌و کارها تبدیل شده‌اند. در بین پلتفرم‌ها، پیامرسانهای اجتماعی تقریباً تمام امور روزمره مردم اعم از ارتباطات خانوادگی، دوستی و حتی اداری و مالی با واسطه کارکردها و عملکردهای آن‌هاست به گونهای که مردم به واسطه این نوع از پلتفرمهای اجتماعی به برنامهریزی امور روزانه و تنظیم امور و روابط خود میپردازند که مدیریت پیام رسان ها در خارج از فضای سرزمین و خارج از فضای حاکمیتی می‌تواند تنش زا و حتی موجب اخلال در زندگی روزمره شود. با توجه به این مقدمه هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تحلیل و بررسی مشخصات پیام رسان مطلوب بومی از نگاه کاربران ایرانی می‌باشد. سوال صلی پژوهش این است که مهم‌ترین مشخصات پیام رسان مطلوب بومی از نگاه کاربران ایرانی کدام‌اند؟ این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت اکتشافی است و برحسب نتیجه، پژوهشی توسعه‌ای است. به منظور شناسایی مشخصات یک پیام رسان بومی فراگیر با نگاه کاربر محور از روش فراتحلیل از نتایج 13 پژوهش شناسایی شده در این خصوص در زیست بوم ایران استفاده خواهد شد. نتایج فراتحلیل این پژوهش ها به شناسایی مشخصات بومی پیام رسان های فراگیر ایرانی از نگاه کاربران منجر خواهد شد.

meta-analysis of the characteristics of desirable native messenger from the point of view of iranian users

today, platforms have become one of the most important communication needs of users for the development of services and businesses. among the platforms, social messengers are responsible for almost all of people’s daily affairs, including family, friendship, and even administrative and financial relationships through their functions and functions, in the same way that people use these types of social platforms to plan and organize their daily affairs. and their relations pay attention to the fact that the management of messengers outside the territorial space and outside the sovereign space can create tension and even cause disruption in daily life. according to this introduction, the main goal of the current research is to analyze and examine the characteristics of desirable native messengers from the perspective of iranian users. the question of the research is, what are the most important characteristics of desirable native messenger from the point of view of iranian users? this research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of nature, and in terms of results, it is developmental research. in order to identify the characteristics of a comprehensive native messenger with a user-centered view, the meta-analysis method will be used from the results of 13 researches identified in this regard in the iranian ecosystem. the results of the meta-analysis of these researches will lead to the identification of the native characteristics of the iranian ubiquitous messengers from the users’ point of view.
