راهبرد منطقه ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با تروریسم و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی ایران (1979 -2021 )

جمهوری اسلامی ایران یکی از کشورهایی است که پدیده تروریسم با امنیت ملی آن پیوند خورده و به شکل دوگانه ای از تروریسم آسیب دیده است. ایران از سویی جزء اصلی ترین قربانیان تروریسم در تاریخ استقلال خود به شمار می رود و از سویی دیگر در مواجهه با اتهام حمایت از تروریسم، بهای استقلال خود را می پردازد این پژوهش با هدف بررسی راهبرد منطقه ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با تروریسم و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی ایران(1979 -2021 ) است. پرسش تحقیق عبارتست از اینکه راهبرد جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با تروریسم در پیش گرفته است که در ضمن مقابله با ریشه ها و مبادی فکری و اعتقادی تروریسم و تلاش برای خشکاندن ریشه های و علل تروریسم به طور همزمان به صورت تاکتیکی و عملیاتی با مظاهر تروریسم هم مقابله نموده است و از گسترش اقدامات تروریستی جلوگیری نموده است و در این زمینه با سازمانهای بین المللی همچون اینترپل و پلیس بین الملل هم همکاری های گسترده ای داشته است. جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یکی از کشورهایی که پدیده تروریسم با امنیت آن پیوند خورده و به شکل دوگانه ای از تروریسم آسیب دیده است در عین حالی که از ابزارهای نظامی و تاکتیکی برای مقابله با مظاهر تروریسم بهره گرفته ایت در صدد خشکاندن ریشه های تروریسم و مقابله با عوامل به وجود آورنده اقدامات تروریستی بوده و برای مقابله با تروریسم سیاست های ویژه ای را اتخاذ کرده است.

the islamic republic of iran is one of the countries where thephenomenon of terrorism is linked to its national security and hasbeen affected by terrorism in a dual way. on the one hand, iran isone of the main victims of terrorism in the history of itsindependence, and on the other hand, facing the charge ofsupporting terrorism, it pays the price of its independence. thepurpose of this research is to examine the regional strategy of theislamic republic of iran in countering terrorism and its impact oniran's national security (1979-2021). the research question is whatis the strategy of the islamic republic of iran in dealing withterrorism and how is its impact on iran's national security. theresearch method is descriptive-analytical. the results showed thatthe islamic republic of iran, with an innovative action, especiallyin the last decade, has taken a strategy to deal with terrorism,which at the same time deals with the roots and intellectual andreligious foundations of terrorism and tries to dry up the roots andcauses of terrorism. at the same time, it has dealt with themanifestations of terrorism tactically and operationally, and hasprevented the spread of terrorist acts, and in this field, it has hadextensive cooperation with international organizations such asinterpol and the international police. the islamic republic of iranas one of the countries where the phenomenon of terrorism islinked with its security and has been damaged by terrorism in adual way; at the same time, it has used military and tactical toolsto deal with the manifestations of terrorism, it has tried to dry upthe roots of terrorism and deal with the factors that cause terroristactions, and it has adopted special policies to deal with terrorism.
