ارزیابی پتانسیل‌های توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان در عرصه گردشگری (مطالعه موردی شهر مراغه)

امروزه برای پیاده‌سازی مدل شهرهای دانش‌بنیان، استفاده از رویکرد گردشگری می‌تواند کلیدی برای مشارکت در رشد اقتصادی- اجتماعی و محرک توسعه زیرساخت‌‌های کشور باشد. بنابراین؛ در پژوهش حاضر با مرتبط ساختن ایده شهر دانش‌بنیان با رویکرد گردشگری، به ارزیابی توانمندی‌ها و کارکردهای گردشگری مراغه و توسعه این کارکردها پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد که از ابزار پرسشنامه برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده‌شده است. شاخص‌های تحقیق عبارت‌اند از: شبکه‌های فن‌آوری اطلاعات، فرهنگ اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، زیرساخت‌های شهری. جامعه آماری شامل 30 نفر از خبرگان متخصص در موضوع پژوهش می‌باشد. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل اطلاعات متناسب با اهداف پژوهش، از آزمون‌های آماری t تک نمونه‌ای، کلوموگروف-اسمیرنوف و برازش رگرسیونی در قالب نرم‌افزار spss استفاده‌ شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شهر مراغه ازنظر شبکه‌های فناوری اطلاعات، فرهنگ به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات، زیرساخت‌های شهری دانش در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد. با توجه به نتایج مدل برازش رگرسیونی در بین مولفه‌های پژوهش و با توجه به میزان معناداری به‌دست‌آمده، تمام مولفه‌ها رابطه مستقیم با گردشگری دانش‌بنیان دارند. مولفه‌های شبکه‌های فناوری اطلاعات با ضریب بتای 0.783، زیرساخت شهری با ضریب بتای 0.390، فرهنگ به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات با ضریب بتای 0.270 بیشترین تاثیر را در ارتقای توسعه شهری دانش‌بنیان در عرصه گردشگری مراغه دارند؛ لذا برای توسعه گردشگری دانش‌بنیان به درک ضرورت و وجود عزم و اراده همگانی مسئولان و شهروندان، وجود زیرساخت‌ها به‌ویژه در حوزه حمل‌ونقل و ارتباطات، وجودفضای قابل اعتماد در سطح جامعه و تحرک دانش در بین جامعه با ارائه فرهنگ به اشتراک‌گذاری نیاز است.

evaluation of knowledge-based urban development potentials in tourism (case study of maragheh city)

nowadays, a tourism approach to implement the knowledge-basedcities model can play a key role in contributing to the socioeconomicgrowth. therefore, the current study attempts to evaluatethe capabilities and functions of maragheh’s tourism and developthese functions by linking the idea of knowledge-based city withthe tourism approach to the city. this research is applied in termsof purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. a questionnairewas used to collect information. the indicators that were evaluatedwere as follows: information technology networks, knowledgesharing culture, urban infrastructure. the statistical population ofthis research consisted of 30 experts in the related field. onesamplet-test, kolmogrov-smirnov and regression fits were usedfor data analysis. maragheh is not in a good position in terms ofinformation technology networks, information sharing culture,urban knowledge infrastructure. also, according to the results ofthe regression fitting model among the research components andwith respect to the obtained significance, all the components have adirect relationship with knowledge-based tourism. components ofinformation technology networks with beta coefficient of 0.783,urban infrastructure with beta coefficient of 0.90, informationsharing culture with beta coefficient of 0.207 have the most impacton you promoting urban development of knowledge-based tourismin maragheh; hence, the development of the knowledge-basedtourism requires understanding the necessity of public will andauthority of officials and citizens, infrastructural requirementsespecially in the field of transport and communications, tomaintain community-wide trust and the knowledge mobility amongthe community.
