تبیین ژئوپلیتیکی سازو کارها و شاخص های دمو کراسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

از زمان شکل‌گیری انقلاب مشروطه تا امروز تلاش های بسیاری از سوی دولتها و دستگاه حاکمیت صورت پذیرفته است تا گذار به دموکراسی حاصل شود. براین اساس، سوال اصلی مقاله اینگونه مطرح شده است که گذار به دموکراسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران چگونه بوده است؟که این فرضیه مطرح شده است به دلیل نقش برجسته ایدئولوژی و نبود احزاب منسجم، جمهوری اسلامی ایران نتوانسته است به سوی دموکراسی گذار نماید. یافته ها حکایت از آن دارند که در ایران پی در پی وضعیت نخبگان گسیخته روی داده است. اما بن بست منازعات رخ نمی داده است. بلکه یک گروه یا جناح نخبگان می‌توانسته قدرت خود را به دیگر جناح های سیاسی تحمیل کند و به همین خاطر امکان مصالحه میان نخبگان از بین می رفته است. در ادوار مختلف در ایران مشروعیت دموکراسی در سطح بالایی نبوده است.

geopolitical explanation of mechanisms and indicators of democracy in the islamic republic of iran

since the formation of the constitutional revolutionuntil today, many efforts have been made by thegovernments and the governing body to achieve thetransition to democracy. the type of research method isdescriptive-analytical and based on library studies.based on this, the main question of the article has beenraised as follows: how was the transition to democracyin the islamic republic of iran? in this regard, thishypothesis has been proposed because of the prominentrole of ideology and the lack of coherent parties, theislamic republic of iran has not been able to transitionto democracy. the findings indicate that in iran, thestatus of disorganized elites has happened one afteranother. but the deadlock of conflicts has not occurred.rather, a group or faction of elites could impose theirpower on other political factions, and for this reason,the possibility of compromise between elites has beenlost. in different periods in iran, the legitimacy ofdemocracy has not been at a high level.
