تحلیلی بر توزیع فضایی مراکز بیمارستانی و ارائه الگوی بهینه دسترسی(مطالعه موردی: شهر مرند)

مکان گزینی بهینه مراکز خدماتی از وظایف مهم برنامه ریزان شهری می باشد. در این میان مراکز درمانی و بیمارستانی از کاربری های مهم خدماتی در شهرها محسوب می شود. از این رو قرار گیری آن در مکان های بهینه با دسترسی مناسب می تواند نقش مهمی در سلامت و بهداشت عمومی شهروندان ایفا نماید. از طرفی توزیع نامناسب این مراکز در موقعیت های با دسترسی زمان بر و هزینه بر علاوه بر افزایش مشکلات حمل و نقل شهری ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺟﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻄﺮ ﺑﯿﻨﺪازد. ﻫﺪف ﻋﻤﺪه اﯾﻦ پژوﻫش ارزیابی نحوه‌ی توزیع مراکز درمانی و مشخص کردن نواحی محروم از این خدمات در منطقه‌ی مورد مطالعه است. نوع پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای -کاربردی می‌باشد.در راستای هدف شش متغیر مرتبط با هدف شامل: نزدیکی مراکز آتش‎نشانی، دسترسی به شبکه‎های ارتباطی درجه‌یک، فاصله از بیمارستان‌های موجود، نزدیکی به پارک‎های منطقه‎ای، شیب منطقه و فاصله از گسل‌ها ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﮑﺎن ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن، ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ در ﻧﺮم افزار expert choice ارزشﮔﺬاری ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺮ اﻓﺰارﻫﺎی gis ﻓﺎزی ﺷﺪه و در ﻃﯿﻒ ﻋﺪدی صفر تا یک قرار گرفتند. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﺎزی ﺷﺪه در ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از وزنﻫﺎی اﺻﻞ از ﻣﺪل ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ﺿﺮب و ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎی وزن دار ﻓﺎزی آﻣﺎده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮕﺮﻫﺎی ﺿرب، ﺟﻤﻊ، ﮔﺎﻣﺎی ﻓﺎزی 0/9 روی ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﻫﻢﭘﻮﺷﺎﻧﯽ ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ، ﮐﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺮﻧﺪ در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﮑﺎن ﮔﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺣﻮزه ﻧﻔﻮذ وﺳﯿﻊ و ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن، ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺮای اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ، در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻫﻔﺖ ﻣﮑﺎن ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ اﺣﺪاث ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﮑﺎن ﻫﺎی ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدی ﺑﺮای اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﮑﺎنﻫﺎی 2 ،1 ، 3 و5 از اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﮑﺎن ﻫﺎی ﺷﻤﺎره4، 6 و 7 ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.

analysis of spatial distribution of hospital centers and provide optimal access pattern(case study: marand city)

allocation of space to service utilities is one of the most important tasks of urban planners. hospital centers in cities is important services applications. therefore, its placement in optimal locations with proper access can play an important role in public health and public health. on the other hand, disproportionate distribution of these centers in time-cost and cost-effective situations, in addition to increasing urban transportation problems, sometimes threatens the security of citizens.the main objective of this research is to evaluate the distribution of health centers and to identify deprived areas of these services in the studied area. this research is descriptive-analytical in terms of the nature of the research and in terms of the purpose of developmental applied. in line with the goal, six related variables were identified that included: the proximity of firefighting centers, access to communications networks, degrees, distance from the hospital inserts available, proximity to regional parks, slope and distance from its faults.indicators was valued using the hierarchical analysis model.by overlapping the layers, the location for hospital establishment in the city was determined. based on the results of the research in , 6 sites for the construction of hospital centers were identified in order of priority.it should be noted that according to population of the city and its hinterland at least three hospitals are needed.considering the total number of effective measures in the location of hospital centers place number 5 and also 2 places from 1 to 1 3 it is proposed to build these centers in marand.
