شناسایی عوامل درونی و بیرونی ساختار شهری موثر در برنامه ریزی پدافند غیر عامل شهری(مورد مطالعه: عجب شیر)

هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل درونی و بیرونی ساختار موثر در برنامه ریزی پدافند غیر عامل شهری است. نوع تحقیق ازلحاظ هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی بوده و ازلحاظ روش اجرا در دسته‌بندی تحقیقات توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر متشکل از خبرگان، متخصصین و کارشناسان ارشد درحوزه‌ی مدیریت شهری، شهرسازی، جغرافیاوبرنامه ریزی شهری و مراکز اجرایی-نظامی درمدیریت برنامه ریزی پدافند غیرعامل بود است. به منظور شناسایی عوامل، متغیرها وابعاد مختلف دخیل در مدیریت و برنامه ریزی پدافند غیرعامل از مدلهای مربوط به معادلات ساختاری(تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) بهره‌گیری شد. بدین صورت که ضمن تعیین اولیه عوامل از مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، و نیز با استفاده ازنظر خبرگان، متخصصین و مدیران شهری، امنیت شهری و پدافند غیرعامل، از طریق معادلات ساختاری وتکنیک‌ تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، به شناسایی نهایی و خوشه بندی معیارها (عوامل کلی)براساس مبانی نظری وتجانس مفهومی اقدام گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشاگر این است که عوامل درونی و بیرونی شناسایی شده دارای توانایی تبیین پدافند غیر عامل شهر عجب شیر بوده و می توان بر اساس خوشه های تعیین شده دست به برنامه ریزی توسعه پدافند غیر عامل در این شهر اقدام نمود.

the purpose of this study is to explore internal and external factors of urban stracture in planning urban non-operative defence in ajab shir . the type of this study in terms of purpose is an applied research and in terms of execution fells under conceptual – empirical recerch. the population of the current research consists of professional experts and graduetes in urban management city constrauction geographic and urban planing as well as the managers of city institution execution –military centers organization involved in managing non-operative defence in planning. in order to define the factors different variables and angels non-operative defence management and planning from models related to structural equation(the analytical element discovery) are put into account. while determining the factors out of document and librery review and also using experts professionals and urban managers comments and the subject matter urban security and non-operative defence structural aquations and the (general factors)are based on the oritical and conceptual compatibility. researchs finding shows the internal and external factors found and in the research has the ability to set the non-operative defence ground in ajab shir the element trees can be used for planning and development for the non-operative defence mechanism in this city.
