تحلیل میزان تاثیر زیرساخت های شهری بر کارایی شهرهای جدید( نمونه موردی: شهر جدید هشتگرد و پردیس )

گسترش شهرنشینی و تمرکز امکانات در کلان‌شهرها، مردم را ناگزیر به سکونت در این شهرها نموده است. شهرهای جدید در راستای حل این مشکلات و سازماندهی سرریز جمعیت تاسیس شده‌اند. بررسی زیرساخت‌های شهری شهرهای جدید، سبب می‌گردد تا نقاط قوت و ضعف آن‌ها استخراج گردد. برنامه‌ریزی صحیح‌تری در راستای جذب جمعیت شکل گیرد و ضریب ماندگاری در این شهرها بالاتر رود. بر همین اساس در این پژوهش دو شهر جدید پردیس و هشتگرد با هدف سنجش میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان از زیرساخت‌های شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. معیارها و شاخص‌ها از طریق مروری بر متون معتبر جهانی تبیین شده اند و میزان رضایت از طریق پرسش‌نامه (381 عدد) در هر شهر جمع آوری شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و به‌منظور بررسی شاخص‌ها از روش تحلیل‌های آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای، مدل تحلیل عاملی و رگرسیون خطی در محیط نرم افزار آموس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل اماری قرار گرفته اند. بدین منظور، در ابتدا معناداری و برازندگی شاخص ها موردبررسی قرار گرفته است و سپس به روش تحلیل عاملی پرداخته و بار هر عامل استخراج گردید. با استفاده از روش رگرسیون خطی به اولویت بندی شاخص ها در محدوده های مورد مطالعه پرداخته شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که میزان رضایت شهروندان از معیار حکمرانی(عدالت و برابری) و عملکردی در شهر جدید پردیس و معیار اقتصادی و منظر شهری در شهرجدید هشتگرد بیشتر بوده است. از سویی دیگر، معیارهای اقتصادی شهر جدید پردیس و اجتماعی-فرهنگی در شهرجدید هشتگرد کمترین میزان رضایت به خود اختصاص داده است.

analysis of the impact of urban infrastructure on the efficiency of new cities (case study: hashtgerd and pardis new city)

the expansion of urbanization and the concentration of facilities in metropolitan areas have forced people to live in these cities,. new cities have been established to solve these problems and to organize the overflow of the population. examining the urban infrastructure of new cities leads to extracting their strengths and weaknesses. more accurate planning should be formed to attract the population and the coefficient survival in these cities should be higher. accordingly, in this study, two new cities, pardis and hashtgerd, have been studied to measure the level of citizens’ satisfaction with urban infrastructure. criteria and indicators have been explained through a review of valid international texts and the level of satisfaction has been collected through a questionnaire (381 items) in each city. the research method is descriptive-analytical and to examine the indicators, one-sample t-test, factor analysis model, and linear regression in amos software environment have been statistically analyzed. for this purpose, first, the significance and appropriateness of the indicators have been studied and then factor analysis has been performed, and each factor’s load has been extracted. using the linear regression method, the indicators were prioritized in the studied areas. the results show that the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the criteria of governance (justice and equality) and performance in the new campus city and the economic and urban landscape in the new city of hashtgerd was higher. economic criteria in the new campus city and socio-cultural in the new city of hashtgerd have the lowest level of satisfaction
