ارائه‌ی الگوی توسعه‌ی منطقه‌ای با تاکید بر پیشران‌های تاثیرگذار چندوجهی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه آزاد ارس)

توسعه‌ی منطقه‌ای رویکردی چند وجهی از تاثیرگذاری سیستم‌های داخلی و خارجی بر سطوح گوناگون فضایی و کنش و واکنش متقابل آن ها در منطقه می‌باشد که در نهایت موجبات تعادل درونی و بیرونی منطقه و توسعه‌ی آن را فراهم می‌نماید. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع توسعه‌ی منطقه‌ای، تحقیق حاضر در پی شناسایی پیشران‌های تاثیرگذار بر توسعه‌ی منطقه‌ی آزاد ارس در ابعاد مختلف می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در مطالعه‌ی حاضر کاربردی با ماهیت توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق نیز شامل مدیران، مسئولان، کارشناسان شهری و نخبگان دانشگاهی منطقه آزاد ارس (حدوداً 1400 نفر) می‌باشد و حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل اصلاح‌شده‌ی کوکران 344 نفر برآورد شده است. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از مدل حداقل مجذورات جزئی در نرم‌افزار warppls استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که در بین پیشران‌های مورد بررسی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری مربوط به پیشران‌های ظرفیت‌سازی نهادی مدیریتی (imc)، اقتصادی (e)، هم‌افزایی نهادی (is) و مدیریت سازمانی حمایت‌کننده (som) می‌باشد که به ترتیب ضرایب استخراج شده بر اساس مدل ساختاری تحقیق برای هر کدام 0.65، 0.61، 0.55 و 0.48 بوده است. در بین متغیرهای فرعی نیز بیشترین تاثیرگذاری مربوط به مولفه‌های جذب سرمایه‌گذاری‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی بر اساس بازاریابی و تبلیغات مناسب و وجود نسبیت در پیش‌بینی و قطعی ندیدن همه‌ی مسائل آتی به ترتیب با ارزش 0.64 و 0.63 می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج آزمون استون گیسر که برای پیشران‌های توسعه‌ی منطقه‌ای برابر با 0.141 محاسبه شده است، نشان می‌دهد که مدل در نظر گرفته شده، ظرفیت و توان پیش‌بینی لازم را دارد.

presenting a regional development model with emphasis on multifaceted proponents (case study: aras free zone)

regional development is a multifaceted approach to the impact of internal and external systems on different spatial levels and their interaction and response in the region that this ultimately provides the internal and external balance of the region and its development. due to the importance of the issue of regional development, the present study seeks to identify the factors that influence the development of aras free zone in different dimensions. the research method is applied in the present study with descriptiveanalytical in nature. the statistical population of the study also includes managers, officials, urban experts and academic elites of aras free zone (about 1400 people) and the sample size is estimated to be 344 based on the modified cochran model. also, to analyze the research data was used partial least squares model in warppls software. the results show that among the propellants studied, the most affected are proponents of institutionalmanagerial (imc), economic (e), institutional synergy (is) and supporting organizational management (som) that the coefficients extracted based on the structural model of the research were respectively with values 0.65, 0.61, 0.55 and 0.48. among the subvariables, the most influential factors were related to the components of attracting domestic and international investments based on appropriate marketing and advertising and the relevance of predicting and not defining all future issues respectively with values of 0.64 and 0.63. also the results of the stonegeyser test, calculated for regional development propulsion equal to 0.141, show that the model has the necessary predictive capacity.
