تاثیرات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر توسعه اجتماعی نواحی روستایی با ارایه الگو (مطالعه موردی: بخش رودبار قصران)

امروزه فناوری ارتباطات امکان استخراج دانش را از ذهن صاحبان دانش فراهم می‌سازد که منجر به انتقال این دانش به حوزه‌ها و قلمروهای روستایی می‌شود، با استفاده از این نوع فناوری‌ها می‌توان برای روستاییان از طریق اولویت‌بندی نیازها، فعال کردن آنها، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساختها و ارائه‌ی خدمات اجتماعی به عنوان فرایندی موثر در توسعه‌ی پایدار روستایی قلمداد شود و همچین در صورتی تکنولوژی صحیح و متناسب با نیازهای جامعه به کارگرفته شود، تاثیرات چشم گیری برتوسعه اجتماعی روستایی خواهد داشت. مساله پژوهشی فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات قابلیت لازم برای توسعه اجتماعی در مناطق روستایی را دارد؟ جامعه آماری شامل 25روستا در بخش رودبار قصران می‌باشد، نمونه آماری با استفاده روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای بر اساس صفت جمعیتی 5 روستا (امامه بالا، رودک، زایگان، امین‌آباد و زردبند) به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند.حجم نمونه 267 نفر می باشد. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه توصیفی پیمایشی است و تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است، ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه و مشاهده می‌باشد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از هر دو روش توصیفی و استنباطی از نرم افزار آماری spss استفاده شده است. شاخص های تحقیق(کاهش مهاجرت، تحصیلات مجازی، گرایش به استفاده از اینترنت و کامپیوتر، افزایش آگاهی در حوزه مشارکت، همبستگی خانوادگی) می باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد توسعه فناوری اطلاعات رابطه معنی‌داری با توسعه اجتماعی روستا نداشته است. توجه به یافته های پژوهش راهکارهای اجرایی مانند ارائه خدمات نهادی و اداری، افزایش امکانات و تجهیزات از طریق دفاتر ict در روستا، ارتباط بین مسئولان و روستاییان از طریق دفاتر ict برای اطلاع رسانی اجتماعی پیشنهاد می شود

the effects of information and communication technology on the social development of rural areas by providing a achema (case study: rudbar qasran area)

today communication technologies have made it possible to extract knowledge from the minds of knowledge holders, which has led to the transfer of this knowledge to rural areas and territories. using these types of technologies, it can be considered for the villagers by prioritizing the needs, activating them, investing in infrastructure, and providing social services as an effective process in sustainable rural development. also, if the technology is used correctly and in accordance with the needs of the community, it will have significant effects on rural social development. the problem of the present study is how information and communication technology has the necessary capability for social development in rural areas? accordingly, the statistical population of the study includes 25 villages in the rudbar qasran area. the sample size of this research is 267 people. the research method in this study is descriptivesurvey and the research is applied type. also the research tools is questionnaire and observation. in descriptive and inferential methods, spss statistical software was used to analyze the data. the research indicators include reduced migration, virtual education, tendency to use the internet and computers, increased awareness in the field of participation, and family solidarity. the results show that the development of information technology has not had a significant relationship with the social development of the village. research findings, executive solutions such as providing institutional and administrative services, increasing facilities and equipment through ict offices in the village, communication between officials and villagers through ict offices for social information are suggested.
