رتبه بندی روستاهای دهستان دینور شهرستان صحنه استان کرمانشاه

عدم تعادل و نابرابری در زمینه ارائه و توزیع خدمات و نبود توجه به ظرفیت های محیطی از جمله مشکلات اساسی مناطق روستایی است. برای پی بردن به میزان و علل این نابرابری ها، لازم است بررسی دقیق و همه جانبه ای از وضعیت توزیع خدمات در نواحی روستایی صورت گیرد تا با توجه به وضع موجود و شناخت ظرفیت ها و توان نواحی در جهت برنامه ریزی توسعه نواحی روستایی اقدام شود. هدف تحقیق بررسی و رتبه بندی روستاهای دهستان دینور شهرستان صحنه استان کرمانشاه بر اساس مدل تاپسیس فازی است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی می باشد که با استفاده از روش پیمایشی و ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. داده های جمع آوری شده نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار excel ، spss تحلیل شدند. در این پژوهش، محقق با به کار بردن شاخص های توسعه در ابعاد مختلف ( زیربنایی، اقتصادی، آموزشیفرهنگی، بهداشتیدرمانی و...) به بررسی نحوه توزیع فضایی امکانات و خدمات و همچنین عوامل موثر بر نظام توزیع خدمات در روستاهای دهستان دینور و رتبه بندی آنها با استفاده از روش topsis fuzzy پرداخته است. جامعه آماری نیز شامل تمامی 43 روستای دارای سکنه دهستان دینور می باشد که به روش تمام شماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، روستاهای این دهستان در 22 سطح، رتبه بندی شدند و میانراهان به عنوان تنها گزینه برخوردار، رتبه نخست توسعه را در بین روستاها به خود اختصاص داده و در مقابل پیرقاسم محروم ترین نقطه روستایی در این دهستان می باشد.  توجه به اینکه تاکنون مطالعه ای در دهستان دینور شهرستان صحنه در زمینه رتبه بندی و تعیین سطوح توسعه یافتگی انجام نشده است، این تحقیق می تواند راهگشای بخش قابل توجهی از مشکلات نابرابری و عدم توزیع ناهمگون خدمات در منطقه باشد.

imbalances and inequalities in the provision and distribution of services and lack of attention to the environmental capacity are the major problems of rural areas. to realize the extent and causes of these inequalities, an exact and thorough investigation of the status of service delivery in these areas is necessary for planning rural development based on the current situation and identification of potentials and capacities in these areas. this research is practical in purpose and descriptiveanalytic in nature. it is conducted by using survey methods and questionnaire. collected data were analyzed using spss software, excel. in this study, the researcher worked out with the various aspects of development indicators (infrastructure, economic, educational, cultural, health, etc.) to investigate the method of spatial distribution of facilities and services, as well as factors affecting the distribution of services in rural areas of dinevar and to rank them using topsis fuzzy method. the results of this study show that two factors, drylands and the distance to the center of the village did not have related with status of service delivery in the rural areas. also, according to the results of the study, the villages of this rural district were ranked in 22 levels and mianrahan, as their only option, ranks first for the development among the villages and in contrast pirghasem is the most deprived area in this village.due to the fact that a study has not been conducted in the village of dinour in sahneh county in terms of ranking and development of this development, this research can lead to a significant part of the problems of inequality and heterogeneous distribution of services in the region.
