باز تعریف و کاربست اصول و معیارهای شهرگرایی جدید در راستای ملاحظات بومی شهرها

در جهت رفع مشکلات ناشی از فرسودگی و زوال مراکز شهری و گسترش افقی شهرها جنبش نوشهرگرایی به وجود آمد. نوشهرگرایی مجموعه ای از عوامل توسعه ای برای ایجاد جوامع بهینه و جذاب‌تر است. با توجه به مشکلات و مسایل عدیده ای که از گسترش افقی و پراکنده شهر شیراز حادث شده است، استفاده از دیدگاه های نظری شهرگرایی جدی و نمونه های موفق اجرا شده در کشورهای توسعه یافته, میتواند در اصلاح و ارایه الگوی بومی شهرسازی موثر باشد. هدف این مقاله باز تعریف و کاربست اصول و معیارهای شهرگرایی جدید در راستای ملاحظات بومی شهر است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که اصول و معیارهای نوشهر گرایی با توجه به ملاحظات بومی و محلی چگونه قابل تبیین و باز تعریف است؟ روش انجام این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی است. نتایج مقاله نشان می دهد که برنامه ریزی و طراحی کالبدی احداث یک شهرک جدید بر اساس شهرگرایی جدید و تعیین ضوابط و مقررات مربوط به آن براساس ملاحظات بومی الگوی مناسبی برای شهرسازی به دست دهد.

in order to solve the problems caused by the deterioration and deterioration of urban centers and the horizontal expansion of cities, the neourbanism movement was established. new urbanism is a set of development factors to create more optimal and attractive communities. considering the many problems and issues that have arisen from the horizontal and scattered expansion of shiraz, the use of serious theoretical views of urbanism and successful examples implemented in developed countries, can be effective in reforming and presenting the local model of urban planning. the purpose of this article is to redefine and apply the principles and criteria of new urbanism in line with the city’s indigenous considerations. the main question of the article is how the principles and criteria of new urbanism can be explained and redefined according to local and indigenous considerations? the method of this article is descriptiveanalytical. the results of the article show that the physical planning and design of the construction of a new town based on the new urbanism and the determination of the relevant rules and regulations based on local considerations provide a suitable model for urban planning.
