تحلیل مولفه های تاثیرگذار در معاصرسازی بافت تاریخی-فرهنگی کلانشهر تبریز با تاکید بر حفظ هویت

بافت تاریخی شهر تبریز که نماد هویت و میراث چند هزارساله آن است، در دوران معاصر از یک سو با پیدایش نیازها و عملکردهای جدید و از سوی دیگر با پیدایش تمنایی برای دگرگونی ها، هویت و کارکرد فضاهای تاریخی آن دچار دگرگونی اساسی شده است، این پژوهش، نقش عوامل و مولفه های کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعیفرهنگی معاصرسازی را در عرصه بافت تاریخیفرهنگی کلانشهر تبریز، با تاکید بر حفظ هویت مورد تحلیل قرار می دهد، روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی تحلیلی است. شاخص هایی برای هر کدام از مولفه های کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعیفرهنگی معاصرسازی بر پایه ی پاسخ خبرگان، بر اساس تکنیک دلفی در نظر گرفته شد. عمل پردازش داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه، با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری انجام گرفت. مولفه کالبدی بیشترین و مولفه اجتماعیفرهنگی کمترین امتیاز را در معاصرسازی بافت تاریخی کلانشهر تبریز دارند. در مرحله بعدی شاخص های هر کدام از مولفه ها به روش ahp فازی رتبه بندی گردید و این عوامل توسط تکنیک swot دسته بندی شد. نتایج نشان می دهد بهبود وضعیت دسترسی در بافت، مهمترین نقطه قوت معاصرسازی بافت تاریخی، از بین رفتن بافتهای تاریخی مهمترین ضعف، تامین زیرساخت های خدماتی جهت زیست پذیری بافت مهمترین فرصت و نهایتاً تاثیرات ناشی از طولانی شدن پروسه ساخت مهمترین تهدید به شمار می آید.

analysis of the components effective in modernization of historical-cultural context of tabriz metropolis with emphasis on preservation of identity

the historical context of tabriz city, which is a symbol of its identity and a legacy of a few thousand years of this city, has experienced essential changes and transformations in its identity and application of historical spaces in recent eras that are due to the emergence of new needs and functions, and the emergence of a desire for change. the present study investigates the role of physical, economic and social cultural components and factors related to modernization in historicalcultural context of tabriz metropolis, with an emphasis on preserving the identity. this study is a descriptiveanalytical research. for each of the physical, economic and social cultural components of modernization some indexes were considered based on the responses of experts and delphi technique. the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by statistical software. based on the findings, physical component has the greatest score and the social cultural component has the lowest score. later the indexes of each component were ordered based on fuzzy ahp method. the obtained factors were categorized based on swot technique. the obtained results revealed that the most important strength of modernizing historical context is the development of access status in context, the most important weakness is destruction of historical contexts , the most important opportunity is providing service infrastructure for viability of the context, and finally the most important threat is the effects resulted from prolonging the manufacturing process.
