چکیده
|
امروزه حوزه های نوینی در هزاره سوم با توجه به روند جهانی شدن باز شده و نوعا باعث شده است منابع جدید درآمدی در اختیار دولت ها قرار گیرد، بدون تردید یکی از این حوزه ها صنعت توریسم و گردشگری ست. توسعه این صنعت تا بتواند به شکوفایی پایدار برسد نیازمند وجود زیرساخت های (نرم‌افزاری و سخت افزاری) می باشد که بتواند جذابیت را به این صنعت ببخشد. یکی از این حوزه ها در بخش نرم‌افزاری وجود قوانین حمایتی توریسم و گردشگری با ضمانت اجرای واقعی است که ظرفیت مکانیسم های حقوق شهروندی در ایران می‌تواند بستر مناسبی برای گسترش این امر باشد. در این مقاله درصدد یافتن پاسخی برای این سوال هستیم آیا توسعه مکانیسم های حقوق شهروندی در حوزه قانونگذاری نقشی در رونق صنعت گردشگری و توریسم ایفا می کند یا خیر؟ با رویکردهای توصیفی و تحلیلی میان رشته ای به دنبال پاسخی قانع کننده برای این امر هستیم .

Abstract
|
today, new areas have opened up in the third millennium due to globalization and have typically provided new sources of revenue for governments, without a doubt one of these areas is the tourism industry. the development of this industry in order to achieve sustainable prosperity requires the existence of infrastructure (software and hardware) that can make this industry attractive. one of these areas in the software sector is the existence of tourism protection laws with real implementation guarantees that the capacity of civil rights mechanisms in iran can be a good platform for expanding this. in this article, we seek to find an answer to this question: does the development of civil rights mechanisms in the field of legislation play a role in the prosperity of the tourism industry or not? we are looking for a convincing answer to this issue with interdisciplinary descriptive and analytical approaches.legislation play a role in the prosperity of the tourism industry or not? we are looking for a convincing answer to this issue with interdisciplinary descriptive and analytical approaches.
