بررسی اثرات زیست محیطی خانه های دوم بر توسعه گردشگری شهرستان لاهیجان

گردشگری و توسعه روزافزون آن و همچنین ایجاد خانه های دوم متاثر از حضور گردشگر در مناطق گردشگری با توجه به اثراتی که از خود در جامعه میزبان به جای می گذارد موضوعی حائز اهمیت است. خانه های دوم و گسترش آن ها بی شک مزایا و معایبی زیست محیطی را با خود به همراه دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات زیست محیطی حاصل از پیدایش و گسترش خانه های دوم در منطقه گردشگری لاهیجان می باشد. اثرات زیست محیطی حاصل از ایجاد خانه های دوم برگرفته از اطلاعات حاصل از بخش مبانی نظری پژوهش جمع بندی و در قالب پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته که اعتبار آن با فرمول آلفای 0/79 محاسبه شده تنظیم و در اختیار پرسش شوندگان قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری به کمک فرمول کوکران 125 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان محاسبه شده است. برای تحلیل اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه ها از نرم افزار spss، برای آزمون فرضیه، از آماره های تی تست تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. جهت بررسی فرضیات از ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد همبستگی بین زیست پذیری و آسیب پذیری 0/53 که با سطح معناداری 0/0001 معنادار می باشد. همبستگی بین بعد کالبدی فضایی 0/42 که با سطح معناداری 0/001 معنادار می باشد. همبستگی بین بعد فرهنگی اجتماعی 0/27 که با سطح معناداری 0/02 معنادار می باشد. همبستگی بین زیست محیطی 0/29 که با سطح معناداری 0/01 معنادار می باشد. همبستگی بین بعد اقتصادی 0/32 که با سطح معناداری 0/001 معنادار می باشد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد اثرات زیست پذیری بین روستاهای مختلف، متفاوت است.

Investigating the environmental effects of second homes on tourism development in Lahijan city

Tourism and its everincreasing development as well as the creation of second homes affected by the presence of tourists in tourist areas is an important issue due to the effects it leaves behind in the host society. Second homes and their expansion undoubtedly bring environmental advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to investigate the environmental effects of the creation and expansion of second homes in the tourist area of ​​Lahijan. The environmental effects resulting from the creation of second homes were taken from the information obtained from the theoretical foundations of the research and summarized in the form of a researchermade questionnaire, the validity of which was calculated using the alpha formula of 0.79 and was provided to the respondents. The statistical population was calculated with the help of Cochran’s formula of 125 experts and specialists. To analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires, SPSS software was used to test the hypothesis, and onesample ttest statistics were used. Correlation coefficient and analysis of variance were used to check the hypotheses. The results showed that the correlation between viability and vulnerability is 0.53, which is significant with a significance level of 0.0001. The correlation between physicalspatial dimension is 0.42, which is significant with a significance level of 0.001. The correlation between culturalsocial dimension is 0.27, which is significant with a significance level of 0.02. The correlation between environment is 0.29 which is significant with a significance level of 0.01. The correlation between the economic dimension is 0.32, which is significant with a significance level of 0.001. The results of variance analysis showed that the effects of livability are different between different villages.
