بررسی تطبیقی حقوق شهروندی افراد در جغرافیای زیستی به استناد نهج البلاغه و انجیل

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تطبیقی حقوق شهروندی نهج البلاغه و انجیل صورت گرفته است .روش مورد استفاده به صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی بوده و نتایج و یافته ها حاکی از آن است که بر اساس بررسی های که در این پژوهش صورت گرفت مشخص گردید مساله حقوق شهروندی به صورت پر رنگی در آموزه های دو دین بزرگ و جهانی اسلام و مسیحیت بیان شده است.از دیدگاه آموزه های اسلامی شهروندان دارای حقوق سیاسی، معنوی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و قضایی می باشند که حاکمیت و دولت اسلامی موظف است در راستای احیای این حقوق و ارج نهادن به آنها در ساخت های گوناگون قانونگذاری و اجرا و اداره امور مختلف بدان توجه داشته باشد.از دیدگاه آموزه های مسیحیت نیز شهروندان دارای حقوق اساسی می باشند که در این میان می توان به حقوقی همچون کرامت انسانی، آزادی و عدالت اشاره کرد.همچنین باید گفت هم در نهج البلاغه که دومین کتاب معتبر در بین مسلمانان و برترین تغیر از تعالیم والای قرانی و وحیاتی است و هم در انجیل که به اعتقاد مسیحیان، کتابی آسمانی و الهی و مهدی خدایی برای نجات انسان ها از طریق پیامبری راستین حضرت عیسی (ع) است، به مولفه های اساسی در حقوق شهروندی اشاره و تصریح شده است و این بیانگر یگانگی دیدگاه این دو دین و این دو کتاب، درباره حقوق اساسی زندگی و حقوق شهروندی است.

A Comparative Study of Citizenship Rights of Individuals in Biographical Geography Based on Nahj al-Balaghah and the Bible
