تحلیل و بررسی نقش ابعاد توسعه در شناسایی شیوه‌های حمل و نقل هوشمند (مورد مطالعه: شهر زاهدان)

نقش حمل و نقل هوشمند در رسیدن به توسعه پایدار مهم و موثر است. شهرنشینی نیاز به مدیریت یکپارچه حمل و نقل هوشمند دارد که با پایداری اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست ومحیطی شهرها همراه باشد. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل و بررسی نقش ابعاد توسعه در شناسایی شیوه‌های حمل و نقل در شهر زاهدان، می‌یاشد. روش تحقیق حاضر با توجه به ماهیت آن از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی - تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات به دو صورت کتابخانه (اسنادی) و میدانی(پیمایشی) است. روش تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات در این پژوهش مدل تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاری (ahp)، است. برمبنای تلفیق نتایج حاصل از بررسی‌ها، پیاده‌روی با مجموع امتیاز 0.338 به‌عنوان گزینه برتر شناسایی شد. پیاده‌روی به همراه دوچرخه‌سواری شیوه‌های حمل و نقل هوشمند غیرموتوری را تشکیل می‌دهند که در این‌جا بالاترین امتیازات را نیز از آن خود کرده‌اند. استفاده از اتوبوس و مینی‌بوس و پس از آن تاکسی که به‌عنوان حمل و نقل هوشمند عمومی و نیمه عمومی شناخته می‌شوند در درجه بعد قرار گرفته و کم‌ترین امتیازات نیز به شیوه‌های حمل و نقل هوشمند موتوری شخصی یعنی استفاده از اتومبیل شخصی و موتورسیکلت اختصاص یافته است.

Analyzing and investigating the role of development dimensions in identifying smart transportation methods (Case Study: Zahedan city)

The role of smart transportation is important and effective in achieving sustainable development. Urbanization requires the integrated management of intelligent transportation that is associated with the social, economic and environmental sustainability of cities. In this regard, the aim of the present research is to Analyzing and investigating the role of development dimensions in identifying smart transportation methods Zahedan city. According to its nature, the current research method is a descriptiveanalytical type of research and is applied in terms of its purpose. There are two types of information collection methods: library (documents) and field (survey). The method of data analysis in this research is the multicriteria decision making model (AHP). Based on combining the results of the surveys, walking with a total score of 0.338 was identified as the best option. Walking and bicycling are nonmotorized smart modes of transportation that have also received the highest scores here. The use of buses and minibuses and then taxis, which are known as public and semipublic intelligent transportation, are placed in the next level, and the lowest points are given to personal motorized intelligent transportation methods, that is, the use of private cars and the motorcycle is assigned.
