چکیده
|
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی میزان تغییرات کاربری اراضی بخش مرکزی شهرستان رشت در دو دهه اخیر می باشد. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و برگرفته از اطلاعات تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست7 و8 سالهای 2017، 2010, 2000 و همچنین اطلاعات سرشماری کشاورزی بخش مرکزی تدوین گردیده است. روش انجام کار توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و طبق نتایج 6906 هکتار از اراضی زراعی روستاهای این بخش در دو دهه اخیر به کاربری‌های مسکونی، تجاری، خدماتی تغییر یافته و ﻋﻤﺪهﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ گسترش شهر رشت و ورود کارکردهای مختلف شهری به روستاهای پیرامون و ساخت و ساز در اراﺿﻲ ﻛﺸﺎورزی آﻧﻬﺎ بوده است. این تغییرات با موقعیت جغرافیایی روستا، فاصله از شهر رشت و نوع کارکرد روستا ارتباط مستقیم دارد. همچنین کاربری مسکونی محدوده مطالعاتی 14.15درصد و زمین های بایر 1.47 درصد افزایش داشته و پوشش گیاهی کم تراکم 1.55 درصد و کاربری زمین های زراعی با 14.61 درصد کاهش مساحت مواجه بوده است.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this study was to investigate the land use changes in the central part of Rasht city in the last two decades.The present paper has been developed using documentary and library studies based on Landsat satellite imagery 7 and 8 years 2017, 2010, 2000, as well as census data of the central agricultural sector. The method of doing descriptiveanalytical work and according to the results of 6906 hectares of agricultural lands of villages of this section in the last two decades, residential, commercial, service has changed and the main changes related to the expansion of Rasht city and the entry of various urban functions to villages Surrounding and construction in their agricultural lands.These changes are directly related to the geographical location of the village, the distance from the city of Rasht and the type of functioning of the village. Also, the residential use of the study area was 14/15% and the dry land was 1/47%, and the low density of vegetation was 1/55% and the use of arable land with 14/61% decrease in area.
