بررسی تطبیقی موج چهارم و پنجم تروریسم در خاورمیانه

پیش تر از چهار موج مختلف تروریسم در قالب یک فرآیند تاریخی نام برده شده است. به نحوی که می‌توان گفت نظام بین الملل در دنیای پسا وستفالیا (از 1870 م) تا دوران معاصر چهار موج از تروریسم تحت عنوان؛ تروریسم آنارشیستی، ملی گرا، چپ و مذهبی را پشت سر گذاشته است؛ که این امواج تاثیرات بسزایی نیز در تحولات نظام بین الملل داشته اند. امّا مقاله پیش رو با اذعان به این امواج تروریستی، موج جدیدی به نام موج پنجم از تروریسم خاورمیانه معرفی می کند که ریشه در تحولات سیاست بین الملل و الگوی نظم تکثیری دارد. موج پنجم هم در اهداف و هم در تاکتیک از سایر امواج به ویژه موج چهارم تروریسم، متمایز می باشد. مهم ترین پرسش مقاله پیش رو این است که موج پنجم تروریسم ریشه در چه تحولاتی داشته و با موج چهارم تروریسم چه وجوه اشتراک و افتراقی دارد؟ و در جواب این فرضیه طرح شده که موج پنجم تروریسم برآمده از ساختار نوین سیستمیک یا نظم تکثیری است و در کنار این شباهت ها که ریشه موج چهارم و پنجم هر دو در خاورمیانه است و از میان جریان های اسلام گرا سر برآورده است، این دو موج به لحاظ ویژگی هایی چون ساختار شکنی از دولت، ایجاد هنجارهای نوین در باب نهاد حکمرانی، استقلال نظامی و اقتصای، تغییر در معنای توازن، نوع و گستره خشونت و اهداف خشونت و قابلیت احیای مجدد از یکدیگر متمایزند.

A Comparative Study of the Fourth and Fifth Waves of Terrorism in the Middle East
