سنجش میزان پایداری و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در محلات شهری (نمونه موردی: شهر مهاباد)

برای دستیابی به شهرهای پایدار قبل از هر چیز محلات پایدار لازم است، زیرا محلات به عنوان کوچکترین واحد تقسیمات شهری، سلول­های سازنده شهر محسوب می­شوند. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با هدف تحلیل وضعیت پایداری ﻣﺤﻠﻪﻫﺎی شهر مهاباد بر اساس سطح مطلوب و ایده­آل شاخص­های توسعه پایدار و همچنین تبیین عوامل اثر­گذار بر ارتقاء توسعه پایدار در محلات مورد مطالعه انجام شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا به استخراج و تدوین مقادیر آیده­آل شاخص­های توسعه پایدار اقدام شده و سپس با استفاده از آزمون t.test در نرم­افزار spss، نسبت به سنجش وضعیت کلی پایداری شاخص­های مورد مطالعه بر اساس مقادیر ایده­آل اقدام شده­است. در ادامه با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس، رتبه­بندی و سطح­بندی محلات از منظر توسعه پایدار انجام شده­است و در گام آخر از طریق مدل تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزار pls، اثرگذارترین عوامل مرتبط با ارتقاء پایداری در محلات شهر مهاباد سنجش و استخراج شده­اند. نتایج پژوهش مشخص ساخت به طورکلی از بین 53 شاخص بکار رفته، تنها 16 شاخص در وضعیت پایدار قرار دارند. به طوریکه نتایج سطح­بندی محلات در شاخص تلفیقی توسعه پایدار نشان داد ،22 محله از 26 محله شهری مطالعه شده در سطوح توسعه نیافته و کمتر توسعه یافته قرار می­گیرند. این مساله فاصله زیاد شهر مهاباد را با یک شهر پایدار به خوبی مشخص می­سازد.  همچنین نتایج مدل تحلیل­مسیر نشان داد  تمامی متغیرهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی، خدماتی، زیست­محیطی و بهداشتی­درمانی، اثر مثبت و معنی­داری بر ارتقاء توسعه پایدار محلات شهر مهاباد دارند که در این بین شاخص­های اقتصادی بیشترین اثر را بر پایداری محلات شهر مهاباد دارا می باشند، لذا جهت نیل به توسعه پایدار در شهر مهاباد، ارتقاء شاخص­های اقتصادی می بایست در اولویت توجه قرار بگیرند.

Measuring the sustainability and analyzing the factors affecting sustainable development in urban areas (Case study: Mahabad city)

Sustainable neighborhoods are needed first and foremost as neighborhoods, as the smallest unit of urban division, are the building blocks of the city. Accordingly, the present study was carried out through a descriptiveanalytical method with the aim of analyzing the stability of Mahabad neighborhoods based on the desirable and ideal level of sustainable development indicators as well as explaining the factors influencing sustainable development in the studied areas. . In this research, firstly, extraction and compilation of the endogenous values ​​of sustainable development indicators were performed and then, using SPSS software, T. test, compared to the overall stability assessment of the studied indices based on the ideal values Al is done. Then, using Topsis model, ranking and leveling the neighborhoods from the perspective of sustainable development has been done. In the last step, through the path analysis model in PLS software, the most effective factors related to sustainability promotion in the neighborhoods of Mahabad city and Extracted. The results of the research are as follows. Of the 53 indicators used in total, only 16 indicators are stable. As the results of ranking the neighborhoods in the consolidated index of sustainable development showed, 22 of the 26 urban neighborhoods studied in the underdeveloped and less developed levels are located. This highlights the distant city of Mahabad with a sustainable city. Also, the results of the analysis model showed that all social, economic, physical, service, environmental, and healththerapeutic variables have a positive and significant effect on the sustainable development of Mahabad neighborhoods, in which the most economic indicators Effect on the stability of neighborhoods of Mahabad city, therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development in Mahabad, the promotion of economic indicators should be given priority.
