ارزیابی توسعه گردشگری شهر رشت در چارچوب پایداری زیست محیطی

گردشگری همراه با پایداری زیست محیطی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین موضوعات بااهمیت توسعه پایدار می باشد. بدین معنا که ماهیت پایداری گردشگری مستلزم حفظ محیط های طبیعی به همراه حفظ ارزش های فرهنگی و انسانی برای نسل های آینده است.لذا توسعه پایدارگردشگری، فرآیندی است که با کیفیت زندگی میزبانان، تامین تقاضای بازدیدکنندگان و به همان نسبت با حفاظت منابع محیط طبیعی و انسانی در ارتباط است .هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی توسعه گردشگری در چارچوب پایداری زیست محیطی شهر رشت می باشد.از این رو روش تحقیق توصیفی –تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی متکی بر پرسشنامه از سه گروه کلیدی جامعه محلی،گردشگران و مدیران منابع شهر رشت است.به همین منظور 45 شاخص اقتصادی،اجتماعی و زیست محیطی تعیین و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل سلسه مراتبی فازی در محیط نرم افزاری ahpfuzzy استفاده شد و سطح بندی پایداری بر اساس مدل پرسکات آلن انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از شاخص های کیفیت گردشگری از سوی گردشگران،مردم و مسوولان منابع شهر رشت، نشان داد که پایداری محیطی کل از دیدگاه سه گروه با امتیاز 0.284 نسبت به سایر ابعاد پایداری دارای کمترین امتیاز می باشد و در وضعیت ناپایداری بالقوه قرار دارد و فاصله آن از حد مطلوب پایداری زیاد می باشد. در کل رفاه اکوسیستم طبیعی شهر رشت با امتیاز 0.284در شرایط ناپایداری بالقوه نسبت به رفاه انسانی با امتیاز 0.466 در این شهر قرار دارد.

Assessment of Rasht Tourism Development In Environmental Sustainablele Framework

Tourism combined with environmental sustainability as one of the most important issues of sustainable development. That is sustainable tourism requires the preservation of natural along with maintaining the cultural and human values. sustainable tourism development, Process concerning quality hosts lives, meet the demand of visitors, as well as to protect the natural environment and human resources Communication. The aim of this study is to evaluate the development of tourism in the context of environmental sustainability in Rasht. In this descriptiveanalytic methodology based on a questionnaire survey of three key groups local community, tourists and resource managers in Rasht . For this purpose 45 indicators of economic, social and environmental determined and evaluated. To analyze the data, the analytical hierarchy process were used, and the results based on the fuzzy AHPfuzzy Prescott stable software environment Allen was determined. According to studies conducted in the field of tourism quality indicators tourists, the people and officials of the city of Rasht, the results showed that the total environmental sustainability from three views group with a score of 0284 points is the lowest compared to other dimensions of sustainability and the unstable situation It’s potential and its distance from the high stability is desirable. In total wellbeing of natural ecosystems in Rasht With a score of 0,284 in a potentially unstable condition of the human being with a score of 0,466 in this city.
