عدالت اجتماعی، عدالت فضایی و توسعه

عدالت فضایی یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحثی است که رابطه بسیار وسیعی با عدالت اجتماعی و توسعه دارد. هدف این مقاله عبارت است تحلیل و بررسی رابطه عدالت فضایی با عدالت اجتماعی و توسعه. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که عدالت فضایی چه رابطه‌ای با عدالتت اجتماعی دارد و این دو چگونه توسعه واحدهای جغرافیایی را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهند؟ فرضیه پژوهش این است که بدون عدالت توسعه معنا پیدا نمی‌کند که البته عدالت انواع و ابعاد مختلفی دارد. عدالت فضایی به‌ عنوان یکی از انواع عدالت ریشه در عدالت اجتماعی دارد. روش انجام این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی است که در آن سعی خواهد شد با استفاده از مقالات علمی و پژوهشی و نیز منابع کتابخانه‌ای به تحلیل موضوع پرداخته شود. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهد که بی‌عدالتی را نمی‌توان فقط محدود به سنجش نابرابری‌های اقتصادی دانست چرا که فضا یک بعد اساسی و بنیادی در جامعه انسانی است و عدالت اجتماعی در فضا جاری شده است و هم عدالت و هم بی‌عدالتی در فضا نمایان می‌شود. از این‌رو تجزیه و تحلیل بر کنش بین فضا و اجتماع در فهم بی‌عدالتی‌های اجتماعی و نحوه تنظیم سیاست‌های برنامه‌ریزی برای کاهش یا حل آن‌ها ضروری است. لحاظ نکردن «اصل عدالت اجتماعی» باعث شکل‌گیری آسیب‌های اجتماعی از جمله جرم، جنایت، فقر، فساد، امراض شهری و غیره خواهد شد. از طرفی بخش مهمی از علم بدیع توسعه پایدار بر اهمیت برابری اجتماعی تاکید دارد. از اواخر دهه 1960، مفهوم و کارکرد عدالت اجتماعی وارد ادبیات جغرافیایی می‌شود و جغرافیای رادیکال و لیبرال را بیش از سایر مکتب‌ها تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. مسائلی نظیر رفاه اجتماعی، نابرابری‌های شدید، فقر، شیوع امراض، نژادپرستی، قوم‌گرایی، جرم و جنایت، انتظار عمر، اصالت زن و آلونک‌نشینی که تا آن زمان در جغرافیا فراموش گشته بود به سرعت مورد توجه جغرافیدانان قرار می‌گیرد و هریک از این موضوعات، جغرافیای خاص خود را می‌یابد. از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای رشد شتابان شهرنشینی و توسعه کالبدی شهرهای کشور در دهه‌های اخیر ازهم‌پاشیدگی نظام توزیع مراکز خدمات شهری بوده که زمینه‌ساز نابرابری اجتماعی شهروندان در برخورداری از این خدمات شده است.

Social justice, spatial justice and development

Spatial justice is one of the most important topics that has a great deal to do with social justice and development. The purpose of this article is to analyze and examine the relationship between spatial justice and social justice and development.The main question of the paper is how does spatial justice relate to social justice and how do these two affect the development of geographical units? The research hypothesis is that without justice development does not make sense, but of course justice has different types and dimensions. Spatial justice as one of the types of justice is rooted in social justice.The method of this paper is descriptiveanalytical in which it will be attempted to analyze the topic using scientific and research articles as well as library resources.The results of the paper show that injustice cannot be confined to measuring economic inequalities, because space is a fundamental dimension of human society and social justice is flowing in space, and both justice and injustice appear in space. Hence the analysis of the interplay between space and society in understanding social inequalities and howPlanning policy discipline is necessary to reduce or eliminate them. Failure to include the principle of social justice will lead to the formation of social damages, including crime, crime, poverty, corruption, urban illhealth and so on.On the other hand, an important part of the innovative science of sustainable development emphasizes the importance of social equality. Since the late 1960s, the concept and function of social justice has been incorporated into geographical literature, affecting radical and liberal geography more than any other school.Issues such as social welfare, severe inequalities, poverty, outbreaks, racism, ethnicism, crime, life expectancy, female originality, and homogeneity that were hitherto forgotten in geography are rapidly becoming the focus of attention by geographers and anyone. These topics have their own geography.One of the most important consequences of the accelerated growth of urbanization and physical development of cities in recent decades has been the collapse of the distribution system of urban service centers, which has created the social inequality of citizens in accessing these services.
