برنامه ریزی راهبردی مناطق شهری کرمان بر اساس رشد هوشمند شهری

پژوهش حاضر با هدف برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی مناطق شهری کرمان بر پایه رشد هوشمند شهری به‌نگارش درآمده است. این پژوهش برحسب هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی‌‌تحلیلی می‌باشد. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی(پرسشنامه) و جامعه آماری، شامل دو گروه شهروندان و مسئولین‌‌نخبگان بوده که به‌روش نمونه گیری تصادفی داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شده است. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار spss، arcgis، swot، anp و نرم افزار super decision استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که تمام شاخص‌هایی که برای ارزیابی وضعیت رشد هوشمند شهری در کرمان به‌کار برده شده‌اند، از سطح معنی‌داری مناسبی برخوردار هستند اما تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح آلفای 0.01 از دید پاسخگویان در کرمان وجود دارد. این مساله، دسته‌بندی مناطق شهری به لحاظ شاخصهای رشد هوشمند را تایید می‌کند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز با سطح معناداری 0.023 و میزان آلفای کمتر از 0.05 حاکی از اثرگذاری متغیر مستقل بر وابسته و رابطه معنادار بین آن‌ها است. در نهایت، بر پایه الگوی تحلیلی سوات مشخص گردید که راهبرد اصلی، جذب ایده های نوآورانه رشد هوشمند شهری از طریق مشارکت ذینفعان شهری بوده و راهبرد افزایش مشارکت شهروندان و گرفتن ایده های برتر در مورد شهر کرمان و تطابق آن با اصول رشد هوشمند به عنوان راهبرد جایگزین تعیین گردید.

Strategic planning of urban areas of Kerman based on the smart urban growth

The present research was designed with the aim of strategic planning of urban areas of Kerman based on smart city development. This research is applied in a descriptiveanalytical manner in terms of purpose. The data gathering method was documentary and survey (questionnaire)and the statistical community included two groups of citizens and elite officials Which is collected by random sampling method. SPSS, ArcGIS, SWOT, ANP and Super decision software were used to analyze the data. The results of the research indicate that all indicators used to evaluate the urban intelligent urban development status in Kerman have a significant level of significance.But there is a significant difference in the alpha level of 0.01 for respondents in Kerman. This affirms the categorization of urban areas in terms of smart growth indicators. The results of regression analysis with a significant level of 0.023 and alpha of less than 0.05Indicates the effect of independent variable on affiliate and meaningful relationship between themFinally, based on the Swat analytical model The main strategy is to capture the innovative ideas of smart city development through the involvement of urban stakeholders and the strategy of increasing citizens’ participation and getting the best ideas about the city of Kerman and its adaptation to the principles of smart growth was determined as an alternative strategy.
