طراحی مجتمع صنفی ورزشی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل جهت تامین پناهگاه در زمان زلزله در استان کرمان

طی یک قرن اخیر زمین‌لرزه‌ها بیش از یک میلیون نفر را به کام مرگ فرستاده‌اند که از کل زمین‌لرزه‌های جهان 18 درصد سهم ایران می‌باشد. استان کرمان در وقوع زلزله رتبه نخست کشور را داراست. با توجه به علت پدیده‌ی بالا آمدن سطح آب‌های زیرزمینی در هنگام زلزله بسیاری از سازه‌ها دچار نم گرفتگی شده و با خطر بالقوه مواجه هستند از سوی دیگر به دلیل نوع خاک بستر شهر کرمان امکان تشدید شدت زمین‌لرزه نیز در این شهر وجود دارد، بنابراین همه این عوامل این شهر را در معرض خطر جدی زمین‌لرزه قرار داده است اما به دلیل افزایش نرخ چشمگیر مصالح ساختمانی و از سوی دیگر عدم توجه به مقاوم‌سازی سازه‌ها در کرمان جدی گرفته نشده و هر لحظه امکان بروز فاجعه‌ای بزرگ در این کلان‌شهر میلیونی وجود دارد. در این تحقیق به منظور کم شدن خسارات زلزله از رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل استفاده شد. برای طراحی با این رویکرد الزامات معماری شامل برنامه‌ریزی مکان‌یابی، طراحی فضاهای چند عملکردی، طراحی شبکه زیرساخت‌ها در نظر گرفته شد و یک مجتمع صنفی ورزشی جهت تامین پناهگاه در زمان زلزله در کرمان طراحی شد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش تحلیلی – توصیفی بود که از طریق مطالعات نظری پیرامون مبانی نظری به اصول و چارچوب موردنظر دست یافت و با رویکرد کیفی سعی در بکار بستن اصول تبیین شده در امر طراحی مورد نظر داشت.

Designing Sport Guild Complex with a Passive Defense approach to Provide Shelter During Occurring Earthquake in Kerman Province

The research method in this study was analyticaldescriptive, in such a way that the theoretical studies on the theoretical foundations reached to the desired principles and framework, and with a qualitative approach tried to apply the explained principles in the intended design. The method of data collection contains reading and reviewing books, articles, existing documents and reports and field impressions of the intended area, as well as logical reasoning data analysis method; finally, it was presented following the urban management model as well as the sport capabilities of the original plan..
