طراحی استراتژی هایی برای ورودی روستای تاریخی ابیانه با استفاده از روش swot و qspm

ورودی هر سکونتگاهی نمادی از خود آن سکونتگاه و مردمان ساکن در آن است. چرا که به عنوان یک عامل اتصال دهنده عمل کرده و فضای درون و بیرون سکونتگاه را به هم وصل می کند خواه این سکونتگاه شهر و یا روستا باشد. از طرفی مکان های تاریخی به دلیل داشتن جاذبه های فراوان حجم زیادی از گردشگران را به سوی خود جذب می کنند و به همین منظور تعریف ورودی برای این مکان ها می تواند بسیار حائز اهمیت باشد. در این میان روستاهای تاریخی نیز از این امر نمی توانند مستثنی باشند. بنابراین در این تحقیق سعی شده است تا بر روی یکی از مسائل مهم شهری که امروزه تقریبا به دست فراموشی سپرده شده است یعنی تعیین راهبردهایی برای ورودی در روستای تاریخی ابیانه پرداخته شود. برای این منظور نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید بر اساس ویژگی های کلی روستا و تقسیم ورودی روستا به سه سکانس و هم چنین نظرات کارشناسان استخراج شد. در نهایت با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(ahp) به این عوامل وزن داده شد تا در ماتریس swot مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار بگیرد سپس یا استفاده از ماتریس swot استراتژی هایی استخراج شدند و برای اولویت بندی در ماتریس qspm مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، وضعیت ورودی روستای ابیانه را در وضعیت تهاجمی نشان داد. بنابراین در این روستا به منظور داشتن ورودی مناسب می توان از قوت ها و فرصت های پیش رو استفاده بهینه نمود.

Designing a strategy for entrance the historical village by the SWOT and QSPM method

The entrance of each residential place is a symbol of it and its inhabitants, therefore, the entrance should have properties that can revive the historical, cultural, environmental and social continuance of a place in the minds of different people –especially the passengers and tourists , since it acts as a connecting factor and binds the inner and outer space of the” residential place” (a city or a village). Historical places attract a considerable amount of tourists due to having numerous appeals and hence the definition of entrance for such places is of great importance. Even historical villages follow this rule and therefore in this research one of important urban issues namely determining approaches for making entrance in historical village of Abyaneh has been dealt with. For reaching this goal, points of weakness and strength as well as opportunities and threats beside the division of village into three sequences and experts’ opinions were determined. Finally, through using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) different weights were assigned to these factors in order to be analyzed within SWOT matrix. Then through using SWOT matrix some strategies were obtained and were used in QSPM matrix for prioritization. The results of this research indicated the invasive condition of Abyaneh’ entrance. Therefore, for having a suitable entrance, future strengths and opportunities can be used
