بررسی وضعیت عدالت توزیعی در دسترسی به خدمات شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر بومهن

یکی از اساسی‌ترین عناصر شهری جهت افزایش سطح رفاه اجتماعی مردم شهر، وجود خدمات شهری است. امروزه مشکلات ناشی از توزیع نامناسب خدمات شهری از قبیل تراکم، آلودگی زیست‌محیطی، جابه‌جایی جمعیت و... باعث شده است که توزیع خدمات شهری یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل پیشِ روی اغلب کشور ای توسعه‌یافته و درحال‌توسعه باشد. از طرف دیگر بحث نابرابری فضایی در شهرها و لزوم برقراری عدالت اجتماعی در برخورداری همه شهروندان از خدمات شهری عمومی یکی از مباحث جدی پیشِ روی برنامه ریزان و مدیران شهری است. رشد روزافزون جمعیت شهر بومهن و نیاز ساکنین به خدمات شهری در حال افزایش است. ازاین‌رو تحقیق حاضر که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و استنتاج یافته‌های میدانی در قالب تدوین و توزیع پرسش‌نامه، در سطح محدوده موردمطالعه صورت گرفته است به بررسی وضعیت برخورداری شهروندان از خدمات و نیز توزیع آن‌ها در سطح شهر پرداخته است. یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده آزمون موران و روش جینی و همچنین آزمون ttest مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرارگرفته و نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که خدمات و امکانات موردبررسی در تحقیق در سطح شهر بومهن به‌صورت عادلانه توزیع نشده‌اند از طرفی نیز نتیجه آزمون سطح رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از وضعیت خدمات شهری موردبررسی نیز حاکی از نامناسب بودن وضعیت این خدمات در سطح شهر بومهن بوده است.

A Study of Distributed Justice Status in Accessing Urban Services Case Study: Buman Town

Urban services are one of the most basic elements of the city to increase social welfare of the city. Today, the problems caused by inappropriate distribution of urban services such as congestion, environmental pollution, population displacement ... have caused the distribution of urban services to be one of the most important issues facing most developed and developing countries. On the other hand, the issue of spatial inequality in cities and the need for social justice in the enjoyment of all citizens from public utilities is one of the serious issues facing urban planners and managers. The growing population of the city of Buman and the need of residents for urban services are on the rise. Therefore, the present study is conducted on the status of citizens’ access to services and their distribution at the city level by analyzing descriptive method and using library documents and field findings in the form of distribution and distribution of questionnaires at the surveyed area. The research findings were analyzed using Moran test and Gini method, as well as Ttest and the results showed that the services and facilities under study in the city of Buman were not distributed equitably. On the other hand, the result of the test of satisfaction level of citizens from the status of services The surveyed city also indicated that the services were inappropriate in the city of Buman.
